Caveman and Keno in general are becoming our favorite! We enjoyed RW, but I (Dave) get fomo because it’s far away from the action! Hibiscus Palomas definitely helped!

We just try to play more at the MGM casinos and charge everything to the room. We are now venturing out to other places so we are making sure we can build our comps at those places.
But if we don’t plan on staying there (like Caesars properties) then we probably won’t play there much :)
Nothing worse than running out of funds early. Sometimes good to get a good nights rest and start the next day fresh. Posh burger looked pretty good though. No worries, you guys seem to have a great time no matter what. Really hoping for better luck 🍀.

Feel bad about the bad service at Wynn and MGM. Somehow think this is F1 related. Our experience at RW Conrad was different. Everyone was there for Macys conference. Half the food hall was closed and most restaurants were dead due to guests going to catered events. Hopefully RW will pick after FB opens. Really enjoy the vlogs and podcast!
Yes, we agree! On FB opens that side of the strip should start to get more attention. We did enjoy RW, but prefer Aria, Bellagio, Cosmo as they’re more center strip. Hopefully comps with be more generous for hotels at the north end to attract gamblers..

Streetbird Chicken has the world’s greatest chicken sandwich……the dirty floor in New York, New York is inexcusable. What happened to the days where housekeeping supervisors would randomly check the rooms for cleanliness.
Yeah, the room looked like it hadn’t been used in a while. The room we had on our last trip to NYNY was definitely cleaner. If we would have stayed there, I would have asked for another room probably. The view alone would have killed me 😆
And have to try the street bird chicken sandwich next time!

Hmm, it just doesn’t seem on the same level as Bellagio and Aria. But I know it used to be one of their Premier properties We have stayed there a few times about 10 years Ago and we liked it.
Just a little FYI ... I just called Resorts World Talked to Anna a Casino Host. She told me that they have been very Burned with giving the offer match. Anna said she would do the match and the guests would not gamble very much.
She did say I could get the match if I knew I would spend 3-4 dollars a spin and play about 4 hours a day 🤣 She did offer me a casino rate, It was ok and I told her I would think about it. I just kinda felt like Pretty Woman in the dress Store. I just wasn't good enough I guess. Just a little rant!!! I love watching you guys. Y'all are awesome !!!
Oh no! I am sorry to hear they are cutting back on the offer match. Especially with Fontainebleau now tier matching. Hopefully it opens up again in the future!

I ALWAYS get the rare beef thai noodles at the streetfood place. Best noodles for price on strip. Never had any real luck and resorts world, but rooms look nice. The Berry Tales is a good fufu drink there. Me ad my buddies sat at thst bar playing keno drinking couple of trips ago. I had a nice hit couple yeara ago on that Willy Wonka, but at MGM. I had full screen of wilds.
Lol! Yes, those Berry Tales are good! Crystal Bar kept us going for a while, but the Hibiscus Palomas is what kept is coming back!

Hey guys, love the videos! One thing I have to say is the music is 2x louder than your audio so I keep having to go up and down to equalize it without blaring my ears. Hope you can fix that. Other than that keep up the amazing content!

I enjoyed your day 2 vlog! First off I gotta do the same as you did and play some different slots... I tend to play the same 4-5-6 everywhere I go and I will agree those slots with things to pop or fill are a total scam lol. I've never been to Resorts World and appreciate the tier matching tip as I was unaware they did that. Very enjoyable day for you guys for sure!
Lol! We still play the "usual suspects" too, but are trying to break away from the norm and experience new machines. Not gonna lie..it's hard 😳. You guys should get out to Resorts World. We prefer center strip but are also trying to game at other places to build comps - especially after the MGM hack. We enjoy watching you guys too!!

When will you be in Vegas in January? Staying at the Cosmo. We are going with my niece and her boyfriend Jan 13-17 who are from Dallas. They are using our 2 night companion rooms before we lose them. Love your content. You guys are our favorite Vegas channel!
We will probably be there around that time. Playing with dates but probably the 12-15. We will definitely be found at the Cosmo 😆
Finally! I have been waiting for this vlog. 😃 Dang, you guys cover a lot of ground in a day. BTW, the jalapeño tater tots at Posh are pretty dang amazing! I am sorry the slots haven't been kind so far. And yes, we have all had to hit the vault. Some trips more than others. But I have a feeling the slot will start to cooperate. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on Resorts World. Friends have had mixed feelings about it. I just do not care for the location. But maybe I could be persuaded.
Zeus!! Posh was really good so we'll have to try the tots next time for sure! Dave says the same thing about Resorts World too. The casino and room was great, but the location is not our fave. Hibiscus Palomas at the Crystal Bar were awesome! We think that side of the strip will eventually get more popular with Fountainebleau opening this year - but we'll have to wait and see. Cosmo / Bellagio / Aria is our jam!

That's very odd re MK freeplay - we were comped at both Luxor and Bellagio with freeplay at both and we redeemed 5 MK freeplays each - we were there 8th to 18th October 🤔🤔🤔
We’re thinking it could have been someone unfamiliar with redeeming them or confusing them for My Vegas. I am glad you all were able to redeem them! More than likely there will continue to be different answers from employees for a while..
Hi D&S - we listen to your podcast on our drive to Vegas - when in January will you be returning to Vegas? We'll be there the first weekend of January. We stay at the Encore and really like it there. We too often double book rooms to be able to capitalize on the free play and resort credit. The view from the NYNY room was laughable - glad you had the back up at RW. The ordeal with Nomad Bar really sucks - thankful for other burger places to "fill the void." Cheers!!!!😎🍻

We were all impatient for part 2! How much was the Uber from Aria to RW? I am staying at NYNY mid Nov so thanks for that content. I may not make it to RW this trip but if you are "old", I am "ancient" so probably wouldn't fit in. I have a Posh Burger myVegas so I will be trying a burger at Aria. Maybe I will try playing VP or Keno at center bars if I can get the great drink service. Good tip, thanks.
The Uber from Aria to RW was an about $18. We really like the NYNY rooms, just ask for a better view than we had 😆
We are 43 but definitely feel older when we were around all those college kids. lol

We normally do about $350 a day each. And we try to stick to it. We may dip into winnings here and there but try to bring those home for the next trip ☺️
Does double booking a room while staying at another resort hurt your future comps with MGM? Thinking about booking 2 nights at Park MGM while staying at Resorts world.
Don’t hold me to it but I believe it does. If you have a room but don’t show any activity on your players card then that may impact your next offer. We try to overlap one day to stay at different properties each trip, but sometimes we do two as well as the offers are better.

We do $300-$350 each per day. Sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less but around that amount ;)

@DaverrasonTravels the room is definitely much nicer then the nyny we are mgm players too in vegas but with the chance to double up on comps it was a offer I couldn't refuse we usually stay at delano this conrad room is comparable to that the casino is really nice comps are far more liberal too
