Ever thought about doing farm living vacation business? I live in SanFran and I don’t think I’m a lone in day dreaming of living on farm for a week or so. There is a lot of money here in Silicon Valley that is willing to do non-traditional vacation.

I like your picks if you want to live like in the 1800's, I have the long bar, wheelbarrow, Electric chainsaw, buckets and stainless steel bowls, but I wash my clothes in a washing machine on solar and rain water that is harvested and pumped with wind and solar. I do everything myself and I take care of my handicapped brother, without having some tech, I wouldn't have a minute to spare.

I would love to know where you got your hand pump. I got my hay fork for $8 recently, took about three years to find it, was worth the wait. Would you have time to list your products and where you found them? Great video, thanks; I am thrilled to have found your channel!

Hi Kathleen! Thanks for your comment!
      Here's Wren's reply:
"You can let her know that it's a Simple Pump and we'll have a video all about manual pumps soon. (Bison Pump is another highly-reviewed company too, for the record). Anyway, we ordered our pump straight from their website and installed it ourselves--their customer service was very helpful in that regard."
If there are any other specific products you'd like identified we'd be happy to provide those names as well. Hope that helps!

I have to point out- you’ve pictured a manure fork in one of the frames where you say “hay fork. “ Both are useful and needed!
I find I favor an old fashioned one wheel wheelbarrow. It’s easier to maneuver and to dump. It’s a little less stable.
The tool I cannot get along with is my utility toboggan. We have snow six months here, but I use it almost every day. It brings in packages from the car, moves firewood, moves feed around. It keeps my fence mending stuff out of the mud and from getting lost, and more!
    Thanks for great channel.
