2nd: Some people think he was a good leader, some don't. There is no 100% agreement on that.
@@mrttripz3236 Franco was a dictator. although he was not like Hitler, he was still a dictator. But he also brought a lot of reforms, health care system, uiniversity for the poor, free and public schools, woman were allowed to work without permision of the husband, while in germany it was not before the 1970s, and for poor people, there was the state rent for apartments. All this we still have today. ;)

The casta system wasn't even enforced and almost everyone did jobs and took positions that they weren't supposed to hold, but no one really cared.
And modern-day filipinos would be considered regular citizens because the Philippines is mostly mixed rather than indigenous.
