Technicaly there's two melody: La marcha real(the royal anthem) and El himno de riego(the republican anthem) everyone else is just a version of these two.

In 1:08 is the 1st Spanish Republic not the Kingdom of Spain. From 1975 to 1981 the flag of the Kingdom of Spain was different, it had the Royal Eagle instead of the coat of arms.

There is a mistake, from 1820 to 1823 the anthem was the "Himno de Riego", the same as during the republic.

@@Will79464 más bien un himno liberal y anti-absolutista. En 1820 hubo una rebelión (encabezada por el coronel Rafael de Riego) que obligó al rey a aceptar una Constitución que limitase su poder. Pero tres años más tarde, con la ayuda de otros países europeos, el rey Fernando VII traicionó su palabra y derogó la Constitución, ejecutando a Riego.
Desde entonces el himno de Riego se convirtió en un himno por la libertad y contra el poder absoluto del rey. Es fácil comprender por qué los republicanos lo hicieron propio.

As for the first Republic part, you haven't made any mistakes. The first Republic was based on the constitution of 1869 which was monarchical, and did not have time to modify it to make it republican.

The 1873-1874 version is not from the kingdom of spain, its from the first spanish republic. Thtats why rhe coat of arms doesn’t have a crown, it has a castle, like the coat of arms of the second republic (1931-1939). Also there was a lyric version from 1927 .
El Himno de España de 1874 a 1931 también tenia letra y no se la pusiste. Por el resto esta perfecto. El primero hubiese quedado mejor poner con flauta y tambor que era como se tocaba el Himno de España como " Marcha Granadera " antes

As far as I know the Hymn to Riego was never official, even in the 2nd republic it was used unofficialy, and in the times of the 1st republic it was considered a vulgar song
