The _King_ absolutely deserves this because of his antics. The refs bailed him out several times throughout the game and he kept blaming his teammates for his turnovers/mistakes. There was even one point during stoppage LeBron blatantly ignored Ham on the bench.
We've become a spoiled and entitled team with LeBron at the helm. Champions are forged in the fire, but we aren't consistently committed to the details & the Nuggets are.
