Meditation is the ending of all struggles and experiences .. Just keep quiet and observe your mind , the flow of thoughts which eventually come to stop and you experience the state of no thoughts which is peace . Instead of observing the thought flow , start observing the breathing process and flow of thoughts stop , since mind can do only one thing at a time . Mind freed of all thoughts is consciousness. Consciousness filled with thoughts and impressions and imagination is mind .
Pure consciousness is peaceful and blissful which is free from all experiences .
When there is no experiencing the experiencer also is not there .
Exactly 💯 this transformed my life!
You cannot meditate 24/7. But you can be an enlightened 24/7. So meditation is for the non-enlightened and a buddha event may or may not happen; based on your luck. Meditation is a fragment which can be installed into your buddhi to live enlightened 24/7; rather than keep on sitting and meditating.
You have to meditate to eventually realise you don't have to meditate
Is that Consciousness or Awareness?
I love the way he puts his thoughts. He doesn’t put them onto others, he makes others think for themselves.
Yeah, but you do understand what he's saying, hey?
Right. And others can stop thinking and exist as awareness of being.
And do you?
@@satgurunarayana9911 we can any old time.
Please, everyone. This is not a competition.

So nice to see that because of CZcams many people are finding K. I remember when very few watched his talks….millions now hear his wisdom and message: no guru, no method, no teacher. Be a light to oneself.
Still a lot of people are coming with phrases of wisdom. I don't think they follow
well said..
Is intresting that you say this while been inspired by someone elses wisdom and message. Is that not a form of teaching one needs from others? why to listen this if one is lighten by oneself only.
@@cesarglaciarjabon3629They will be a point in one's spiritual journey that he will not need a spiritual teacher, Practices like meditation is to lead one towards that goal and with time one becomes a light to himself; in the beginning stages a teacher is needed in my humble opinion even krishnurmati was taught. A good teacher will help you step into your light and not draw much attention to himself/herself.
Truth can not be experienced, it can only be lived through the flowering of goodness.
We all are hypocrites. We do puja, prayers and rituals but the heart is still polluted with selfcentredness, tendency to control others, establishing one's supremacy on others, following pleasures endlessly.
Unless one get rid of all these dramas, one can not experience peace
For this every minute, every breath of our life of our life should be filled with deep awareness and alertness.
That is real meditation
Well said....
but arent u still talking about experiencing peace...isnt that still talking about experiencing something...
Jiddu was on another level.
He is enlightened by knowing there is no goal to achieve. He is the most genuine teacher. I hope you can all recognize it one day. He doesn't need to portray himself as enlightening or above anyone. He is asking questions because he wants you to discover it yourself. Complete lack of Ego
"A mind that is very clear, is free from all entanglements of attachment and so on." -Jiddu Krishnamurti
@@jmc8076 I find him talking a lot without saying anything really at all… he makes simple things too complicated with technical jargon which makes it sound like he is on to something but in reality he is not …
Few months ago I went into a meditative state for I think 3-4 hrs and I had a fortunate experience of enlightenment… I had been doing meditation on and off since I was 14-15 years old and gradually increased the timing…
I encourage you to meditate even if it 5 mins before sleeping and 5 mins after wake up, you will see your life change with great intuition…
What I think he is saying is that meditation done in order to have an experience will never lead one to the truth but meditation done because there is nothing else to be done is what might lead one to the truth.
he's said in other videos that modern meditation is basically just systems that make you more mechanical... Sit in this posture 20 minutes 3 times a day, breath like this, focus on this image, say this mantra.... He says that true meditation is being completely attentive to everything going around you and inside you, every gesture, word, thought, sound, etc. Full awareness and attention with no judgment. Just seeing everything as it is. True meditation is not a practice, it is a way of being. Most meditation in modern history has been utilized as a profitable product to sell people.

I agree that makes total since to me aswell
Meditation is wen u forget the time exists. U will never know track of time. You will simply be at ultimate relaxation 24hrs.

An honest man ...an honest master...
The master for this era...thank you ..
Finally some explanation of what is enlightenment.
I love JK sir. Every word of his is so profound with deep meaning. We have given meditation exclusivity following a technique method, sitting in a special posture for specific time in a specific place. JK says meditation is a natural phenomenon which is to be attentive ie to watch yourself during the daily activities of our life in all postures. Why make it exclusive when it is all inclusive. Meditation is life similar to breathing.
Both ways are important. Sitting, and in all postures afterwards.
You do make the assumption that it is exclusive. But one has to start somewhere.
first feel the natural phenomenon by having right posture, breathing and so on gradually it should be or near permanent,
Breathing by itself is a natural process however it has been made unnatural by the so-called masters of life. And the same goes for meditation as well.
But ordinary people never understood most of his words...I think he was quite disappointed tat he arrived at a point after all these years and haven't get äny clarity..but he wasn't like other fake gurus. ..he only taught the truth. ..nothing else..he was actually an experimental subject of anniebasant
He answered many difficult questions in such a short time which people struggle to seek for their whole lifetime but still could not find most of them. 🙏
Please explain! Should I be meditating or not?
@@preranapamkarr yes of course, he si not saying that you u should not meditate
@@preranapamkarr he's saying you should put attention to your life. That's meditation.
Purity of mind is the reason
The mind that is free from all entanglements of attachment, such a mind is light to itself.
Having a mind capable of OBSERVATION without THE OBSERVER is meditation!!!
What an enlightened one. Lucky to have seen, listened and meditated....
The mind which is clear doesn't require any experience. It is already truth/ light/ already enlightened. There is nothing to enlighten at all when mind is at RIGHT PLACE/ STATE.
Ending of one's struggle to experience or enlightenment is freedom and eventual enlightened meditation devoid of element of TIME. We are blessed to listen to his unique nectar of words.
❤❤
Krishnamurti also believed that the path of the soul is different for each one of us, so if meditation serve us, let it serve us. We don’t have to follow him just because he said it. This is the reason he left Theosophy. However, we must ensure our critical thinking is continuously engaged.
This guy has just never felt the bliss that absent of though brings, he just deals with ppl lack of awareness doesn't mean he has the greatest awareness
"Enlightenment is to have no shadow of conflict" - brilliant.
Love this, the necessity of a system for a greater experience is itself a delusion. There is no escape from the system as the system creates more and more people who are dependent on it for their salvation. True wisdom lies with the one who does not struggle. (Do not confuse struggling with putting in effort)
In order to get there, we must accept struggle and embrace it. That is the phase that I am in, if I might call it that way. No matter how you see it, the path to enlightenment is a path, and progress is part of it. Even though seeing it this way, pushes enlightenment further away.
Once you let go of your ego, prejudices and be humble and accept that you really know nothing, only then the path to truth will emerge
@@Eddyspekboter in accepting and embracing struggle then struggle is transcended and can no longer be labelled as struggle. The so called path to enlightenment is like an infinite road where you think your glasses are out there somewhere so you search and search to no avail, eventually you scratch your head and there they are, on your head, you didn't have to look for them at all. Or a more abstract way of looking at it is an eye, it is looking for itself, it is looking everywhere (there are no reflections in this metaphor due to the eye representing a formless self) eventually it realises it IS itself and there's no need to search for yourself when you are the very thing you search for.
The reason for the search is to find an answer that will end the search, but there is no answer to end the search, so you simply end the search and are free in self acceptance. What does reality have to gain or lose? Where can it gain from or lose to? The idea of there being something wrong or something more is what drives your search, when reality accepts itself and sees all is in its right place then it is clear in the reality of what is and not in delusions of what should or could be. For reality to divide itself into right and wrong or any form of duality is the source of suffering, reality believing itself to have another is clearly an illusion (I would say delusion but that implies there is something wrong). Existence is one, there are no existences, all apparent others are subdivisions of reality, it's a play, an act.
There is no enlightenment to be gained, enlightenment is to be doing and seeing as you truly should be, and we always are, as the state of dreaming is no less valid than the state of being awake. Is the correct state for a pond to be murky and muddy or clear? There is no correct state, there just is what is. All this knowledge is a game, it's lore, no more significant than the lore of Harry Potter.
Very well said
We are struggling and struggling to end all struggles. What a mockery is the practice of meditation!
to experience there must be an experiencer but in meditation there is no experiencer it means there is no me or ego and the truth is already there.
Wow
There is a lot that you can take from this video , however the thing that I am keeping is that "Why do I need to struggle at all " That's a beautiful question.
this question is a struggle too.... Struggling to know why do I need to struggle at all? I is the one which is ego who wants. Itself to continue in any form, in this case this question of yours.
@@thskendjeo134 and your answer also does qualify.

Seems like the "entanglement " He was talking about
@@pavithrans1913 lol
Wow! what an eye opener for those meditating (struggling) for years!! Thank you for uploading 💐
This subtle activity seems like nothing, but just the fact that we are observing the machine it awakens a little, and our active observation has the effect, although only over a long period of time, of actually altering what is being observed.
6.40- A mind that is very clear is free from all entanglements of attachment and so on.
Enlightenment itself is awareness
Yes, that's absolutely correct. I experienced enlightenment is a most dishonest thing to say 'cause once you enlightened (to say it loosely, actually it is called state of silence (பேசா அநுபுதி) before mukti), no such thing called 'I' exist. You're in the path to become one with the supreme consciousness, it is called Samadhi (becoming one). Meditation (dhyana) is just one part of Eight fold Yoga (Ashtanga yoga), to prepare the body and mind for ultimate Samadhi. As he says, when we leave all the entanglement and attachments (losing 'I' and 'mine'), mind is very clear becoming light to itself. No such thing called experience and experiencer. It become one with the ultimate consciousness! You cease to exist.
What a great capacity of explaining so difficult matters! 🙏
I can't believe there is zero advertisment on his videos. Wow, earning no money, in return of such a valuable wisdom. Js amazing. Haven't seen anyone so pure.

Lovely speech by sir
Thank you all who make Krishnamurti’s work available to us.
What a treasure trove of ageless wisdom. I practice yoga and in the yoga world there can be a lot of emphasis on gurus and the “right” way to do things including meditation. I appreciate how Krishnamurti strips it down and goes beyond methods and trappings of what is “proper”. He does not spoon feed answers. He offers questions and opportunities for one to figure things out for themself. I have so much respect for him.
🙏🙏🙏. Excellent Explanation !
I LOVE THIS MAN .... 💕
Great sage Vishwamitra meditated for a long time and the moment he saw Menaka, meditation burnt out itself.
Really enjoyed this wisdom

So clear, yet the mind refuses to let go. It's hard to extinguish that desire to end the struggle
Meditation is like prayer
Thinking you are doing something great
While you are doping Nothing
Such good teaching…
Great thinker of all time
Very clear message here.
Don't struggle through meditation. What are you struggling for? Simply observe through meditation. Sorted.
Finally this is what enlightenment is
Thank you !
Thanks you...God Bless
Great video🙏🌎💙 Great teacher!!💙💙🙏🙏🌎🌎💙💙🙏🙏
Simple and elegant, truth is always that.
Good. Finally, sensible words about meditation. Running after experiences is so childish.... like running after toys! Ending of struggles is really ending of time... I think. Past is dead, future doesn't exist, only living in the present moment with awareness.
Such talks......leads people no where....this man has experimented and experimented but could not reach to a point where from he could deliver something which could elevate people life and spirit.....sorry he seems to be a soul searching for truth by denying all truth available in front of him.......
Since he reasons out well it seems intellectually pleasing but what is ultimate massage.......!! Nil
@@bhupendrabudhori6284 Sir, did you even try to live his teachings in practical life? Did you watch your every thought and feeling? Are you Honestly aware of your motives behind your actions? Do you know how your one lie is destructive for the whole of life, how your one good act reaches out to everyone? If you did not observe these things then you are living on a very superficial level indeed! My words are not in the way of criticism, but use your heart along with your brain to see the depth of his teachings. Aren't you only intellectually criticizing, without trying to live even a small part of his teachings? Please Think, and be honest to yourself First. Wish you the best and Truth. 🌺
@@bhupendrabudhori6284 The ultimate teacher is only a mirror for you to see yourself. The ultimate teacher offers nothing. And no thing is everything.

so beautiful! truly awakened guru! 🙏
After hearing his one line, i can understand that he just tried to denied all the previous way of meditation which was followed by people. But my explanation is that as we learn reading and writing to live in our present society, so first we learn gestures and posture after commond on them it became so natural like breathing and seeing and hearing.

Beyond Grateful for all the people who keep and share his precious talks and conversations, to the one of the greatest humanbeing I know that had really existed (as I was looking someone like K all my life ) to make it available for all of us! He is embodied what integrity is, how love and compassion are expressing and how free he is in such a deeper level that you can’t help to do the work of finally looking at yourself honestly, to think for yourself understanding we are creating and be part of everything that’s wrong in us and this world: meaning by doing so, we can do something about it, have to change ourselves and hopefully to be free to truly live ..
❤ Thank you very much for your wonderful answer to meditation in our life 💟 thanks for sharing to use ❤❤❤
"one cannot experience enlightenment".
That is profound.
Need to reflect deeper to grasp this.
감사합니다.
Thank you for your support.
It is the best mediation thought , thank you sir*
That defined enlightenment for me
Amazing........ 🙏🌹
This is channel is one of the reason why I love CZcams.
K, an intellectual, questioning and debating everything, is not for a common man to follow! And meditation is becoming a generic term loosely used in modern world. Hindu traditions explain 8 different levels of it for one able to achieve a “mindless state”, an enlightened state of total bliss, joy and peace. With faith, devotion, determination, and practice, one is surely and always to be benefited by such discipline.
Love you 💕 sir
Now I can live without conflict because there is not a end line which I have to cross
