Don't blame parents. Blame Obamas racist promise plan aka restorative practices that protects POC students from suspension and expulsion. The teachers union advocate for it.

That’s exactly what we’re doing, and I hope this country pays the price of taking advantage of teachers. It’s already happening with the American education falling farther behind. This is America’s karma for not giving 💩 about teachers!
