I love how they used the lines from the book for their final goodbye. Inej saying that she would have him without armor came directly from the book and I live for it. I knew every word she was going to say and loved it when she said the words. XD
Yes, that woman saying those words! 😭😭😭 And I love how it was a bit of a reversal of roles: in the hallucination "Kaz" was dominant, encouraging her on, but in the chapel, she was dominant, clearly stating how this relationship would work. There was so much Inej character growth there! 😢😢😢 And Kaz too, given that he is fully sincere for the first time!

@@aranystudio That’s what I had been thinking during my rewatches. Tolya had a front row seat after both Kaz and Inej were out of the matrix, not to mention the tension ever since Tolya proposed the job to Kaz and the “not an option” scenes followed. You’d think Tolya would be busy shipping, just like he did with Wesper…or at least get exasperated with Kanej like Jesper.
Maybe by shipping he understands making Kaz super jealous so he has to put his priorities in check 😂 or maybe he's just a trouble maker. Anyway, Tolya is having way too much fun! 😂
