    This revelation of Christ the King ‘like David’ is so beautiful. Thank you, Dr Pitre.

    I particularly like the connection of Jesus' baptism in the Jordan river and his suffering. Thanks Dr for this exposition!!

    When might we see Dr. Pitre go over the gospel of Mark 4:36. It will be very helpful if I can get more clarification on this event and if it relates to the old testament. Thank You and keep bringing this awesome videos.🙏

    What He actually said was truly I tell you today, you will be with me in Paradise. The thief didn't go to Heaven that day, he was not a Christian, he had not been baptized, and Jesus Himself did not go to Heaven for 40 days after His resurrection. Also, the term Paradise is only used in reference to the earth , not Heaven.
    Jesus is not referring to the original 12 tribes of Israel, He is talking about a Heavenly class called "Spiritual Israel". Jesus Christ had indicated that the Jews as a national entity would be rejected. He said that ‘the kingdom of God would be taken away from them and be given to a nation producing its fruits.’ (Matt. 21:43) That “nation” proved to be spiritual Israel, the real “Israel of God.”
    These are the ones "sealed with "Holy Spirit".
    Jesus said to those in line for this sealing: “Have no fear, "LITTLE FLOCK", because your Father has approved of giving you the kingdom.” (Luke 12:32)
    There are to be exactly 144,000 members of this new nation-12,000 from each of 12 tribes
    and they will rule as KINGS AND PRIESTS over the earth. In a vision, the apostle John saw that these spiritual Israelites number 144,000. They are “bought from among mankind as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb” to serve as “priests” and to “rule as kings with [Jesus] for the thousand years.”-Rev. 5:10;

      Let me gues, you also believe that Jesus was enthroned in 1914, and that Jerusalem what destroyed in 607 BC eventhough the historic evidence clearly shows the date of 587 BC but you dont care about historical proven facts do you? Oh and I almost forgot you also believe that Jesus is actually Michael the Archangel right? Part of the book of Hebrews was specifically written so people dont get confused and compare Jesus to an angel when it clearly says in
      Hebrews 1:4-5
      "4-So he became as much superior to the Angel's as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs,5-For which of the Angel's did God ever say, 'You are my son; today I have begotten you' and again, 'I will be a father to him and he shall be a son to me'"
      The little flock are not the 144000, when Jesus takes about the two flocks he is talking about the Jews and the Gentiles. He also says he will bring both flocks together, not that each one will have a different destination.
      John 10:16
      "I have other sheep that are not part of this fold. I must bring them also. They will listen to my voice. So there will be ONE FLOCK, one shepherd."
      Did you read the ONE shepherd part?
      One shepherd for both not just for the 144000 as the Watchtower has made you believe. Jesus IS your mediator dont let them fool you.
      Please check the date 607 BC and you will find that is a proven fact that is wrong. Without 607 there is no 1914.
      I can only hope one day your eyes will be open. God bless.

    Ignorant again petrie. Jesus was not the messiah of the Jewish book. He failed to fit the criteria of a messiah.
