- What a difference a day makes! Denver tied a record for the number of 90-degree days in a single year Monday, before a very strong cold front moved in bringing snow and freezing temperatures to much of the mountains, Front Range Foothills and I-25 Corridor.

I never expected Shaver Lake, Huntington Lake & China Peak to burn down. 🔥 Sad We have Bark beetles that r killing the pine trees. I'm in Breckenridge, yesterday was the smokiest i've seen it, it was also about 80 degrees. Now it's 22 degrees outside and has already snowed a few inches. definitely helped with our wild fires
