    Just watching this to learn to put Folkcraft strings on my Nana's Folkcraft dulcimer from 1990 :) Oh Look it's a Folkcraft vid too hah.

    What kind of tuner is that? My Peterson Strobo Clip HD will not clip onto my new dulcimer anywhere except the metal string tuner and that is not useful.

    Great video! I just got a dulcimer second hand that has 5 strings on it. I can't figure out how to tune it because I can get 4 strings in tune but one next to the bass string isn't right, it's very loose. It's on the same tuning peg as the middle string. Any resources for 5 string tuning with 4 pegs? Or should I just take the extra string off? Thanks.

    Been watching your videos and I have tuned to D A D but my 2 bottom strings sound so tinny when they are D can you tell me why or am I doing something wrong Patty
