- The Duchess of Sussex has paused the release of her Spotify podcast, Archetypes, for the duration of the mourning period for the Queen.
Three full episodes of the audio series have been released since its launch on August 23, featuring conversations with veteran tennis player Serena Williams, pop star Mariah Carey and actress and producer Mindy Kaling.
Meghan and Harry signed a lucrative deal with the audio streaming giant to host and produce podcasts, estimated to be worth around 25 million US dollars (£18 million), in late 2020.
A message on the podcast’s Spotify page said: “New episodes of Archetypes will be paused during the official mourning period for Her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth II.”
Ms Markle become the first mixed-race woman to marry a senior royal in centuries, when she wed the Duke of Sussex in 2018.
But the couple’s royal role was not to last, and they stepped down as working members of the family less than two years later, after struggling with their royal roles, and went on to accuse the royal family of racism.

In exchange for the privileges that they enjoy, they are expected to conduct themselves with honour, decorum and duty. Meghan's behaviour fails at every standard. Britain is not an absolute monarchy - we can and do make demands of our royal family with respect to their conduct.

She did come across as being confrontational and aggressive. She backed down slightly when Angela responded to her negativity, but in my opinion she was very very rude to Angela

Thanks to Angela, I understand what she was saying in her answers. Yes, Megan didn’t tolerate what was required to be a working Royal & yes, she is part of the family but she isn’t fit for the role/shoes she was expected to fill. A shame the host was so tough. I agree with the comments made about Megan looking nervous - this is understandable considering her behaviour has turned many, many people around the world off her. People who wished her only the best when she was introduced as Harry’s love interest. Such a shame….

A very uncomfortable debate. Only watched this video because it involved Angela Levin ... who is an extremely gracious lady and for whom I have great respect.
Angela was what drew my attention to this video, also. Then they proceed to trash her, after having been proven for years she is a highly reputable person.
Wow, invite a guest on and then attack them :) As the guest said, when asked her opinion she gave it. It is not a court of law, only accepting actual evidence, and if TalkTV wish to run it like a court I think they should state that before they start asking the questions.

That was a disgraceful interview! I think the problem Meghan has is that she doesn’t come across as natural sometimes, it’s like she’s acting. Meghan herself highlighted the overriding problem in that infamous interview “I married a Prince and lost my voice.” It is as simple as that. There’s a price to pay when you marry into the Royal Family, you follow the rules. It was a price Meghan couldn’t tolerate so she wanted out and that was fine. What neither Meghan or Harry have done is take responsibility for their actions and their part in all of this and that I find irksome.
I’d been turning off TALKTV a lot recently … whenever I catch sight of the strident blonde who doesn’t do listening. I’ve enjoyed TALKTV since it started, but that’s it. I may go back if and when She Who Shouts Over Everybody is gone. We have several channels to choose from now. It was horrible this morning to watch an invited guest savagely shouted down and embarrassed, poor lady … and that’s putting it mildly. What a waste of Angela Levin who is well-mannered, knowledgeable on her subject, and always worth listening to.
