Get that small fraction locked up for good and the rest of live much better lives. In case the race hustlers get triggered...sorry, its statistics. A VERY small number of the demographic make up about 47% of the prison population. Unless you want to claim they've ALL been railroaded, there is an obvious problem.

Pretty much the entire stretch of 65 through Indiana is like this. Just avoid it. Some areas have been under construction for 10 years with no crews working. This is up north near Gary/Southbend IN. I am more in the central/southern end of Indiana.

Honestly I've heard that Gary isn't nearly as bad as it used to be. Atleast compared to like the 90s and early 2000s. I think its mostly because there's been a mass exodus from that city over the last couple decades. That includes the criminal element.
