Romans 16 mentions several women that God was using to spread the Gospel.
A woman was the first person to share the Gospel (Rahab).

In those days, women would speak amongst themselves during the services which is why he told women not to speak while a minister is speaking and that it is better to go home and ask the husband to explain it. There are several reasons and explanations, such as the example I gave, that exposes the true meaning and nature behind the scripture you quoted. Let’s not twist God’s Word. Men are not favored, women are not favored, we are equal in the sight of God but we possess different traits, abilities and purposes.

Marital hierarchy was introduced at creation, where the husband was to lovingly exercise authority over his wife, and the wife was to respectfully submit to her husband. God designed men to provide for and protect their wives (Genesis 2:15), and He designed women to be helpers to their husbands (Genesis 2:18).
Your desire shall be contrary to your husband, but he shall rule over you (Genesis 3:16, ESV).
Equal but different. We balance each other out. A woman must be helpers, and men must protect. You can't swap things around for it because it doesn't fit with your narrative. We play different roles, so in turn, we become equals to the rules set by God.

Also, God also created Eve as a helpmate. So while the man ultimately leads spiritually and physically, the woman does not have absolutely no say. Man and wife are one, they are a unit and it is healthy to discuss and decide things together as well because of our strengths and weaknesses in different areas.
Not all men are worth submitting to also. If you want a proverbs 31 wife, you need to be a proverbs 1-30 husband.

It is absurd to think that the I Timothy 2 passage is about husbands and wives. It twice admonishes quietness upon women. That is obviously not instruction for the marital context. It is a cross reference to the teaching concerning women in the church service in 1 Corinthians 14.

The curse of the first Adam is nullified with the death of the second Adam
people really think its a command, its actually a curse, the result of sin that husbands rule over wives, read in context, due to sin God simply told them the result, not mandating a law or commanding obedience. this was a horrible fruit of their sin which was removed when Jesus broke all curses.

It was never an edict, it was a prediction of the curse that would cause men to put their egos, lust and selfish desires over the humanity, needs and dignity of women. Which would eventually cause a divide between men and women that would further go on to destroy the institution of marriage. Which is exaxtly what has begun to happen in the 21st century, and its only getting worse. But if men were capable of understanding the fact that marriage was intended to be a PARTNERSHIP rather than an ownership, we wouldnt be in this mess to begin with.

So true Pastor Andrew. I am so tired of pastors falsely teaching about women regarding their role, identity, purpose, etc. Their erroneous interpretation and teaching of scripture in this area is so detrimental in the church related to women and what God has purposed, gifted and called them to do in the Kingdom of God. I was one of those women until Jesus set me free according to His truth.

I see God as the husband, Jesus, as the representation of God and the church as the bride that Jesus died for, which is all born again, spirit filled believers that follow His word. I think it's the most beautiful thing to ever imagine and the most beautiful reality of real sacrificial love between a husband and a wife, because as the bride, we do the same back to Him with our lives and adorn his head with our love and sacrifices.

Where is female submission in the church found in the Law? The Levitical priesthood was only allowed to the men of the descendants of Aaron. So the principle of exclusively male leadership of the Old Testament church was clear, and that went back to the creation order as in 1 Timothy 2:13.
