    KETO CHOCOLATE BACON FUDGE
    Keto fudge takes a classic candy and makes into a fat bomb, but now we add the ultimate keto cliche, bacon! Whether you just want the novelty of a bacon dessert or you enjoy a salty-sweet combination (which I do), this dessert needs only 5 base ingredients and doesn't require an oven.     IMPORTANT NOTES:
    1. These have the best, most solid texture if you use cacao butter as the fat and a very thick nut butter. In the video above I used a homemade pumpkin seed butter I made in my Vitamix blender using this method: minimalistbaker.com/how-to-ma...
    2. The best sweeteners for this kind of recipe are allulose or tagatose (no cooling aftertaste!) because they will form a smooth syrup without much water present, which is necessary for any fudge, cookie, or candy to have a smooth or crisp texture. IF you choose to use an erythritol-based sweetener, the fudge will not only have that cooling aftertaste but also will crystalize and become kind of grainy after the first day.

    Made this yesterday the only difference I did was use Monk Fruit sweetener. I'd really like to know what the nutritional values of this are. I need to add it into my macros app... I commented on the website and now here. I would REALLY like an answer.

      I no longer do macro calculations for my recipes, sorry :/ I used to and got too many complaints from viewers saying they calculated slightly different carb counts if they used different ingredient swaps. Not worth my limited time right now. sorry!
