@@edwinkastro9258 read deeply into any culture and you will find racism. It is American ignorance to think we are the only ones who deal with it.
@@stefanoandrianopoulos9071 You might be right, but he's not wrong to say that the books are full of propaganda. It's not as pronounced in some as much as others, but it not hard to find some pretty strong examples. I personally don't take offense to it cause I realize they're is nothing wrong with having pride in you country, even if that country has flaws, but I imagine it can be a turn off for many people. Furthermore, most of the racism I see in Chinese novels is actually directed towards the Japanese to be completely honest. Though Anti western sentiment can be found in just about every Asian countries media e.g. Christianity more often than not is portrayed in a negative light, English characters (or any European for that matter) are almost always belligerent and rude, ect. Whether that's because of resentment for western imperialism or something else I can't tell you, but it's not like it's hidden, nor is it any reason to not enjoy what your watching/reading because in the end it's just a story and being caught up in that is moronic.

Chinese composers are incredibly talented. A lot of my favourite music is by them.
The dragon rose from the fog, its writhe body bending and curling upon itself like the very ethereal mist it appeared from. Just so ppl know unlike this picture, Chinese Dragons are not like western dragons they are viewed as positive and a symbol of strength. Western Dragons are seen as evil and often slayed.

Music is like a time machine for me. It almost feels like I already had these music once. Every new music I listens, it put me in Nostalgia. As if I am listening to that music for centuries. Don't know why.
Looking through this comments section, I realized that, with the propagation of cultural exchange, regardless of whether our governments leads us to war and kill one another, as long as we still appreciates and loves each other’s culture, then in the wreckage that follows we can still find the common ground to sow a better tomorrow. Even if in my lifetime China and the US goes to war, I will never shirk from the duty I’ve found for myself: to bring both side closer together through sharing the cultures of both sides with one another. My channel is gonna be up soon where I will be doing deep dives on Chinese classical literature aimed at western audiences, the only thing that stands in my way now is wrapping my head around video editing…
