I like Emma. Because of here course on frontendmasters, I started to deep dive into Design Systems. It's now a major part of my business as UX Engineer. But 8:23 made me think: Learning algorithms just for the interview, but not using them at the job in most cases feels somehow wrong. An interview closer to the real job is always better in my opinion. If it's a job for instance in the AI business, I get it, algorithms are bread and butter.
Every video by Honeypot is an indescribably pleasant experience. The most inspiring for me is when you show that we can be whatever we want to be which means NOT ONLY a software engineer. I would like to see more stories of people who are not just developers but also ARTISTS.😉

You know what surprises me? There are some design theories and system design and so on. But when I look at the interfaces of such large corporations as Windows, Facebook, CZcams, I always see UI flaws. Then what's the point of studying them?

@@vivekkaushik9508 yeah but you can do it. Find a company over linkedin and make certificates that proofes you skill. Then it wont be difficult to get hired, and if hired its way easier to get here

This is terrible. You learn nothing. More of the same, selling a lifestyle. Plus she loved writing an ebook and making an editor but didn't love it until working at Spotify?? How does she combine her work with music? Other than playing spotify in the background while she codes, how is this accomplished? Just more corporate PR and propaganda, 14 and a half minutes and I learned nothing. Not even any resume tips for people considering working in the field. What schools? What field of study? What real life struggles beside lacking passion?
