the head camera i belive is the best because even when you fight with the fish is in the camera,most of the times you are leaving the gun and floats away from the fight but your head always look the fish

awesome, you guys are ending the myth that you need a huge wooden 4-5 band gun to land big pelagics, it is like bowhunting here in Ontario for moose, a 50# bow with sharp 2 blade broadheads and a well PLACED shot will do the job, same here, dead, is dead ;) good to see 2 bands and a flopper to boot will take them down, cause I LOVE my railguns!
Actually, it is not a myth. Granted, there are some quality pelagics landed with 2-banded flopper rail guns, but for thick bodied large fish, such as yellowfin tuna over 75 kilos, at distances greater than 8 meters, the physics are stacked against you. Some spearos manage to land large fish with this kind of gear, and I suppose it is possible to drop a grizzly bear with a 22 caliber revolver if the shot is perfect, but what you do not know are how many fish are lost and eventually die due to tear offs. Those are the fish that do not make it onto CZcams, and are lost (wasted) to the abyss. The bottom line is, in the excitement of the moment, many spearos won't wait for a "well placed shot". Good on you for having the expertise, skill, and patience with your railgun ( and bow!!)!!

I would not want to tackle a Grizz, even with a shot to the eye with a 22. nope, not a chance! ha ha ha, for railguns, I'm betting more patience and closer shots like you say, are the order of the day.
