    Very well put together video
I did this ride in June of 2024 in four days ( every day in the mid 90's - yikes!). It's definitely a bucket list ride for any cycling enthusiast.

Thank you for giving people this helpful guide to the Ohio to Erie Trail. We appreciate you letting people know that Columbus has a lot to offer for an extended stay. North Market is a nearby attraction and the Short North and German Village are popular with visitors.

Very well made presentation depicting travel by bike from Cincinnati to Columbus. It is 120 miles of riding, not too hilly except near the Grandin Road Construction detour between Foster and South Lebanon {not featured in these highlights} and Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park between London and Columbus. I was surprised this was not featured as that is a popular trailhead and the trail through the park is a significant climb. Both the hills I'm mentioning here have meant low gears {granny gears} and effort for me to roll 3 to 5 mph. Once you climb that hill, the roll onto Columbus is smooth and near flat.

Loveland IS a must see for what a bicycle universe could actually look like!
If others have also loved bicycle-affiliated towns on videos from Europe,
    physically go to Loveland!!!
Xenia IS the "Bicycle Trail Hub" of America!!!

I think the general reference to “rolling hills” may give some people pause when considering whether to ride this trail. Comprised principally of rail trails and canal towpath, the OTET is a flat easy ride especially between Cincinnati and Columbus. If not for the road sections between Columbus and Cleveland, that portion is quite easy as well. The road sections could be a little daunting both for some modest hills and/or for those not comfortable when riding on roads. All in all, the OTET trail IMHO is much the same as the GAP/C&O albeit with much more pavement.

The section covered in this video is very close to flat and an accessible ride for most cyclists. As you say, similar to the GAP.

Curious how many days and/or hours does it take to ride from Cincinnati to Columbus? Does anyone have recommendations on which towns to stay in? I can probably do this in 2 days but 3 would allow for more stops and enjoyment. Thoughts anyone??

Thanks for sharing this video! I'm surprised you didn't mention the Grandin Road/Cartridge Factory construction/detour on the Little Miami Scenic Trail, a few miles north of Loveland. The official detour climbs a non-trivial hill. But if you go through on weekends or lunchtime, no one is working. What did you guys do?

Knowing the detour would effectively be gone after this year I didn't mention it. You can now ride through that area, no detour required! I biked the alt route up and over the hilltop, both ways!:)

I love the trails but I question your disrespect for stop sings and picking your path as the most convenient for you some places your pedestrian traffic others you expect to be a motor vehicle. Cannot have it both ways respecting others seems to evade you
