Exam is difficult as total exam is in german language and you should know the terminology of your subjects. For engineering students you will get german language test and maths test which is also in german language. For biology students you have german plus biology exam. For humanities german will be there plus additional subject information i don't have. So better to go through university website and if have some doubts mail the faculty of respected program.

Bro there are lot of jobs in IT sector and you can get one only if you pass your degree with good marks and an internship done during studies. If you had done bachelor's degree in India and had job experience of minimum 3-4 years then you can also apply directly for jobs by searching on platforms like stepstone, indeed and LinkedIn.

Send an email to the goethe university International office or admission office. to clarifiy your doubts. If they accept they will issue a letter which helps you in visa process.
