Definitely. They need hours of pain, whether this is simulating periods or labour. I suspect periods. They need to stand on public transport, sit in a Maths class, play hockey, and generally live life with the pain.

Ive given vaginal birth to 2 kids and I can assure you that the cramping wasn’t the most uncomfortable or painful part, it’s more of the dilating and filling your vaginal canal open up to 10 cm that was the main issue as well as the shoulders coming out of the vaginal canal🤦🏾♀️The after birth process and filling your vaginal canal close as well as your stomach muscles shrink back in place over the next 4 to 6 weeks was also way more painful than any stomach cramps. For me, the stomach cramps during labor feel the same as they do during the worst day of the menstrual cycle.
You better PREACH!! And I had back Labor which is 10x worse they say!!! And my son’s shoulders RIPPED ME!! I had a midwife, but I got a 4th degree tear which is the worse you can have! Picture this, my sister had 4 stitches with a preemie, i had 27! It was sooo bad that the midwife wasn’t qualified to stitch me up! The hospital called in their surgeon and he was pissed!! Told her she should’ve cut me. Should’ve given me an episiotomy. I couldn’t push right and he came out wrong!! I couldn’t have a midwife with my daughter because I had a miscarriage. They said I was high risk. So my obgyn didn’t even let me go 40 weeks with her. She was measuring 2/3 weeks ahead so he induced me. Said he refused to let me rip like that cuz she was bigger. Substantially bigger

I'm just going to throw some rules and suggestions out there if you're genuinely afraid of birds.
-Don't ever pick up feathers from the ground, if there are birds around this will offend/piss them off.
- Don't ever go look at or mess with a nest that has fallen to the ground, again this will piss birds off if they see you do this.
- If there are a lot of birds brooding an area and it is freaking you out and you have to go through that area and you're scared of being dive-bombed just bring/use an umbrella.
- If you have to remove a dead bird ever try to conceal what you look like or do it at night. A lot of birds are really good at recognizing specific humans and if you piss them off or they see you as a threat they will remember it for years. If you're seen at a kill spot or messing with their dead they will consider you predator and a threat.
- Certain birds, like crows, can be very territorial and they don't recognize themselves very well so if you have a bird that's beating on your windows it's probably cuz it sees its own reflection. And is trying to fight it. If you can disrupt that reflection by putting some decor or something on your windows or tape they will stop beating on it.
