@@deniseg0213 you need to seal it with a clear spray varnish! That way it doesn't stick and holds up better over time
using one can is so much easy especially on the pocketbook
I'll do the same, but add 2 layers of clear coat too 😅
What is a clear coat ?
@@vaijayantipathak1642 clear coat paint is a transparent spray paint which hardens so it protects the coloured surface from any scratches and peeling off, and also adds shine to it.

But to be honest, unless you already have the paints lying around,
it would be better to buy a new seat. I too bought new one with soft close for rs.900.

This is what I’m going to do. I have a handicapped hand rails on toliet and it’s metal and it’s wearing out plant on seat.

You can try applying varnish on the seat after the paint has dried.. Then the paint should stay .
I just did this today. How does it hold up over time?
I did it too and it doesn't work, it sticks to your butt even dried 😡
