I've just been told I have bursitis in my shoulder. However after doing your tests it sounds like i have shoulder impingement. I also get pain in down my biceps, armpit and down to my elbow. The exercises I was given, haven't worked so will try these as well

This is so helpful to differentiate the pains and management!

Thank you for another super-helpful video. By the way, your video "Shoulder Impingement Exercises (98% Success Rate!)" helped me tremendously. I was suffering badly from impingement in my right shoulder. After first watching innumerable useless CZcams videos on shoulder pain, I came across your video and I've been hanging every day for several month now. My sore shoulder, although not yet fully healed, is very much improved.

Thank you dearly. I am a massage Therapist and hurt my shoulder in December with doing major deep tissue Massages after each other. I have had pain ever since. This has helped immensely. I am starting your recommendations immediately. I so appreciate your help. Thank you. Jane - South Africa
