thats beautiful
I just bought one of these left over that never sold from a local shop. Got it for 12500. Love the ride.
The mower works great No problems with the mower. It does take a little time to get to the zero turning on the mower, but in a short time it seems so easy to use.
The jack is a nice feature and should be the standard on all zero turn mowers.
It be the Black Pearl
There’s a jack with. Would that be captain jack
2019 Spartan models RT-HD and higher are available with the oil guard system
I think those are oil reservoirs for the shocks, don't try and air them up or let air out. It's oil.
You are Correct. We are wrong in the video and do appologize.
The shocks are not air shocks but oil filled shocks. Recently purchased this mower. Thanks to your advice decided to check pressure in shocks and oil came spraying out. Talked to dealer. He said they are self contained oil filled shocks they are not to be messed with.
Yes we need to edit this video. Thank You for reminding us!
Was going to say the same. Oil filled and nitrogen charged.
Piggy backs on my razor now on a ferris! When will the madness end?
@@MerzFarmEquip 3 years later, still not edited, lol
@@D-OveRMinD this model is obsolete and hasnt been offered for 3 years. The entire video is outdated.
Add-ons for Ferris 3200
Awesome looking Machine! I paid $17,500 for a Toro with a collection system! Wished I would have seen this !!
I paid $14, 000 for my Grasshopper 335 with the collection system.
Can I use it to cut grass during daylight ,before midnight ?
This is my first Ferris diesel, used, and it won’t crank. But my question is where is the neutral so I can push it out of the way.
It will have some resistance as you are spinning the hydros pushing or pulling the mower. If it doesnt crank at all I would check the safety switches. There is a safety on the seat, park brake and both of the handle bars. Make sure handles are pushed out and brake is on; and the switches have pressure against them.
Thank you I will recheck it. I didn’t see the sensor for the seat. So I can release the brake and push out of the way. I had a hustler and they had clips on the bottom. When pulled you could move it around gracefully. I was wondering if this diesel had that option.
Can you get a seat similar to that to a 2018 Simplicity Champion 25/ 48 with fixed Rops?
We sure can! What mower would you like us to install that seat on?
The Midnight Edition does have a suspension seat though!
Merz Farm Equipment It’s a Simplicity 2018 Champion XT 25 HP Commercial Briggs with 48” deck with suspension. Briggs has Simplicity and Ferris almost the same on lower end till one gets in big commercial. I have 3 flat lots I mow and brand new and first mow front shock broke. Briggs is replacing both front shocks. I traded up from Courier for the better seat and better hydro and engine.
It might be rough riding because of darn shock. Briggs was awesome their paying dealer to spend an hour to adjust shocks while I mow. If ride does not improve I call you. Thank you for fast answer.
I bought a overpriced 2019 Simplicity Courier with the springs, what a joke. They are a useless feature to get more $$$$$$$. Sorry I did not buy a ARIENS XL model, better mower better made for less $$$
Is the Midnight currently available? Still around 15K? Thanks
We still have 1 Midnight left! $14,999!
What tires are on this machine?
They are knobby tires, remind me of an old 3 wheeler! They are more like "cleats" and help hold embankments.
this all very nice i still like scags bagger system better if you can clean up the leaves with the mower its no good to me
Have you tried this Farris system with a bagger?
Where does the hitch attach at? Normally it’s on the bars. Am I missing something here? All I see is body panels.
I am guessing it goes just below. There are some openings on the black piece underneath.
@@MerzFarmEquip you only guess WTF............ you are a ferris dealer you should know the answer
@@georgecook1374 we sell very few hitches for any zero turn mowers. We have not sold a hitch for the Midnight Editions that have the extra guard around the back.
wil the machine comes for sale in Denmark?
I was seriously thinking this was going to be my next mower until I realized that there is no place on the back of the machine for a trailer hitch! What a bummer...
They have a hitch available through accessories! They dont put it on standard as some people dont need it. They can back into things with it. Also I am sure there is some liability. And some people aren't smart enough to not spin around with the zero turn and jackknife the trailer!
hows it compare to Toro Myrides ?
Completely different! Ferris has a complete independent suspension on the entire mower. All four wheels have independent suspension plus a suspension seat. Toro My Ride is just suspension on a seat platform
@@MerzFarmEquip Yes but which is smoother for the operator ?
@@kcimages5157 Ferris hands down. Having the entire machine suspension plus seat suspension is day and night different than just thr seat platform. Ferris slogan is Experience Suspension; you should go to your local dealer and test drive!
@@MerzFarmEquip Im told the Toro is much more efficient in light bumps as well as large as the suspension stifness to spring an entire mower as the Ferris makes it unable to absorb small bumps .
@@kcimages5157 Ferris absorbs small bumps, promise! The only way to truly understand the suspensions are to ride each. If you have a Toro, come test drive a Ferris. You will be able to tell the difference!
That's not a mower but a SUV. But unfortunately, I can't take my family out on a trip with it.
It wouldbe nice if that ferris cut as good as it looks. Ive Owned ferris and they dont have a very good cut at all.
Mine cuts great.
@@randyosborne8573 I had one of the older ones. I watched some guys mowing the other day with some and they cut good as well. They said they changed the deck design since I had one.
I'm guessing the truck lost its spot in the garage. lol.
Come spring there will be plenty of trucks outside the garage! Hopefully around all neighborhoods!
List price of mid-night edition and the regular 3200 Ferris?
$14,999 is MSRP for Midnight Edition - Standard IS3200Z is $12,899 with the 37 Hp EFI with 61"
The chrome wheels are awesome 👍 I constantly clean my black wheels on my 6000 series Bobcat! $$12000 out the door! Now I'm considering that Ferries!
What's the full price of the mower.
$14,999 is MSRP for the Midnight Edition Ferris 3200
Everyone company offers the 500 hour vanguard option. It’s not exclusive to Ferris.
I dont believe that every company does offer Vanguard OilGuard. It was originally offered to Ferris beginning in 2017. At that time it was exclusively Ferris. As of this spring it was offered via Ferris, Simplicity & Snapper Pro. Spartan was the next offering. There are several companies that at this time do not offer; including Gravely, John Deere, Woods, Cub Cadet, among several others.
Its too bad they did a shitty job at sewing the seat
Kawasaki a much better engine choice.....
Nobody cares what the msrp is. Whats your price?
$14,999 is Our Price.
Merz Farm Equipment Youre like my local dealer, cuts no one a break. MSRP's are crazy high with plenty are dickering room.Needless to say, i travel to the next dealer.
@@willrobinson9575 that can be your opinion. However every dealer provides different levels of service. We do work with our customers but will not ship mowers all over the country without being able to provide the customer support and service.
Merz Farm ok, so the msrp isnt written in stone. Thats nice to hear. I must ask this though....What's the difference if you are the one providing support and service as opposed to the purchasers local dealer providing the support and service? Are you saying that if I travel a long distance to by a mower from you, I would have to pay msrp because you aren't the one providing service on it? I'm just curious.
We always advise that you purchase from your local Ferris dealer. This way you can ensure that you get superior service and support for your product. We dont believe Ferris mowers should be a "catalog order" or box store purchase. Instead it is a quality mower with quality dealer support.
Vanguards are junk motors as well
