That's one of the most clever things I've ever seen! It will save at least a half hour of placing the layers into a pan and then adding the cheese! This looks so much easier! Thanks!

I had to share my comment on your Au Gratin Potatoes. I made this for my Father's Day dinner with Smoked Rib Eye Steaks, Roasted Aparagus, Seared Scallops, Ceasar Salad and Parmesan Cheese Toast. This dish had me wanting to eat nothing but it. It came out perfect. The best I ever had. Your recipes are a much go to before cooking anything. Your instructions are on point and easy to follow and fun too. Did I miss out on your cook book? Must success on all you do and thanks for sharing.

I tried this. Absolutely hated it. The sauce was absolutely amazing. I just don’t like scalloped potatoes apparently. But.. I have to say.. this sauce is versatile. An absolute must have over pasta or mash potatoes. ( for me). Thank you for this. You’re sauce is amazing.

Wow I thought I made mine cheesy but these are really really cheesy. But you can't go wrong with cheese. I use munster cheese along with the cheddar and a little of parm on top with the cheddar.

Okay, against the grain, I figured it was going across/against the grain. I could be wrong but along or with the grain follows the meat fibers. That would be in the direction that the meat strands shreads.
Get a Bernor V Slicer it comes with a holder that sticks to what you are shredding or slicing. Saves you from losing a finger.
The peelers end waste and even children and the elderly can use them. The tip is for removing eyes and dark spots if needed.
I had young to old peeling potatoes on Thanksgiving for mashed potatoes.❤
Of course good for other root veg like carrots, parsnips, etc.
Oh and fruit like apples and pears.
