Great vid! You can get more dramatic results for your acne scars with a TCA peel which I recommend going somewhere professional for because its intense, but I used to get micro penning with TCA and glycolic acid peels on top and I had significant peeling with like a crusting effect and my skins was so much smoother and more plump, youthful and filled in when I was getting it regularly. Unfortunately years later without maintenance it went back and I developed new acne scars but it truly does work when you’re doing it. Some of the improvement might be a constant edema from regular treatments but if it helps why not lol
u need more agressive treatment like subsicion with prp microneedling, and some filler to fill the space between ur skin, then if ur skin texture already smooth out , u can do co2 fractional laser for finishing.. apply sunscreen to help prevent collagen break down

GUYS MY UPDATE:
The thing is idk if I’ve used it correctly (although I used according to the instructions) but my scars got worst and there seem to be new scars as well. I’m quite upset about it.
On a brighter side the scars on my legs seem to be idk tiny miny bit lighter (or if that’s my illusion idk). I’ve used it 3 times I guess.
Quite frankly I’m scared to use it on my face again

Hi, I tried derma roller to start many years ago for acne scars which was ok but not the best so i purchased derma pen a few years ago which works very well but I will tell you need size 2 needle 1.5 is not long enough you put numbing cream for half an hour then take off then clean with alcohol then dermapen. This one you have here I just purchased recently and same thing 2 size and up will give you best results .I haven't used this one yet but that's the size I know 2use try it out like that.

@@InvisiblyVisible1111 hi I've had a few dermapen the first one was from dermstore but I bought a new one from Amazon and the numbing cream can also be purchased on there it's better on Amazon more selection
@InvisiblyVisible1111 I'm using derma stamp I have seen 40% results in 2 sessions I'm using 2.5 depht without any numbing cream
@@WearFashion-wu6su really?! Ahhhh good for you mate😭😭😭 idk what exactly I’m doing wrong. I’m doing 2.5 as well. Once with numbing cream rest without. What do you do after the session? Do you apply anything ? Also for me it gets really itchy and a bit swollen

Yo man can I use this whilst having some acne or should I wait till all of it is gone and I’m left with just the scarring
I think you need to wait. If I remember I read somewhere that you can't have active acne/pimples or you could cause infection etc
Do you re-buy the stamp each time or re-use it because I heard the needles can be used only one time ?!
Btw don’t use active ingredients like retinol or retinoid until 3-4 days after micro needling session as it can cause more irritation, is what my dermatologist told me.
The needles can be used for Long Time Maybe after several months, they must be desinfected before and after use
i feel like if i dont press no matter how long i put the needles is gonna penetrate the same if i dont push
