I always create a characters withe a small land with their own banners and motto . and start my way up to bend the wheel to my will

I'm LOVING the sound of the stress mechanic. In CK2 I think the temptation is to just always be a perfect ruler because that's how you get a stable realm that can move forward geopolitical objectives, and a lot of the choices in pop-ups are purely RP choices that are strictly inferior.

Do we know if the "independent operations" army stance from imperator will be in CK3?
For those unaware this allows armies of your choosing to be put under AI control as and when its needed,
Perfect for large fronts or huge nations. Especially if a lot of your time is spent micromanaging one particular army.
I would love to see this feature return in ck3 but I am unable to see anything regarding it in the dev blogs.

I wouldn't been mad if this video was 15-60 minutes longer.
I think I have to watch this again to understand some of the things. The information is probably very good, but I would like you to slow down a bit in the future. It feels like you're hasting through it to finish it as fast as you can.

This game looks great! They added alot of the character DLCs from CK2 in to the base game. they also seem to be having a focus on actually being a ruthless leader being effective(unlike in Ck2 where you just arrest everyone and try to please the rest. I can't wait to make my enemies fear me when I go crusading yelling "DEUS VULT!"
Nice, really loved the video and (little) gameplay💪 but I was wondering if the Byzantine empire will ever be covered 🤔I mean I wouldn't mind not seeing it as I can play the game and experiencing it then but it really shouldn't matter love the content anyway.

They said it was just going to be feudal at launch. I believe the exact quote was something like “Byzantium is a beast of its own” so.. dlc or hopefully a free update.

One question real quick: I've been told that the number of traits was reduced to 4. While I can see some sense on that saying since there was 3 traits left to a vertical bar and the education trait to its right I cannot make sense on the other traits that are to the right of the education trait. Can someone explain?
Most characters have 3 personality traits (some of them have 4) and 1 education trait. The ones located on the right of education traits are either congenital traits such as beautiful or strong, lifestyle traits, coping mechanism traits and special traits such as viking and bastard. Your character may have as many of these kind of traits, there is no limit.

hopefully the devs never make an AGOT mod for ck3, it'll take them another 6 years to get to where they are in CK2's mod. why bother? just update the CK2 mod and make it better instead of starting from 0 again

There are no portraits anymore...They are all 3D charachters now.

please enhance color difference of the skills, for example intrigue is purple in order to make them imidietly visible which skill decision involves, now they seem too similar or melted, color distinction in rpg skills development seems cool

I love Paradox games but CK2 was the most difficult and complicated one for me. I was never any good at it. But this one seems a bit easier to figure out
