Thanks for the review, it offered some good insight into the flightsuit. I had the good fortune of picking up a Magnoli GB1 flight suit secondhand last week in my sizing and the differences between the Carter Industries one I picked up recent next to Magnoli's are subtle to drastic. Both are very solid but the Paranormal jumper edges out the off the rack nomex hands down.

Not a bad idea. I’ve shown most of my items individually but not wearing/using them.
A quick little update. I got my hands on a couple overstick Magnoli jumpsuits. The GB 1 and GB2 charcoal gray. Wow, the difference between a nomex and these is incredible. Definitely worth the money.

I currently have a Nomex and love it but the colour bothers me, is it worth getting a Magnoli?
I finally got mine after 10 months. Fits good. The negative is it smells like smoke really bad. I guess they are chain smokers. I'll have to ozone it.
Oh jeez... I just ordered a ”paranormal jacket” from them a week ago. I’m praying it doesn’t take this long to get to me.
@denvermaddox67 As far as I know, 4 months is or at least was for jackets. Their lead times are usually accurate. Mine took an extra month from what they stated at the time.
Thanks! Whats wrong with the actual Nomex suit? I would expect that to be a closer match to GB1 if that's the actual suit they used in the movie?
They didn’t use off the rack suits, they were custom made. Pockets, zippers, and overall color aren’t exact matches from the movies with the Nomex. Nothing is wrong with Nomex, just Magnoli tried to close the gap between Nomex and what was on screen.

I thought the original suits had the white cloth behind the brass zippers? Like the Gibson and Barnes suits...

I ordered all 3 versions still waiting. not gonna lie I'm nervous about sizing as communication isn't the best.

Quick question ..I just ordered one ..they sent me these kinda silly directions for measuring off a jumpsuit..I have several but it dosnt say if they want it seam to seam or directly half for front and back ...like the Thigh ..if I measure from the back like shown I get 14" if I measure from the front I get 11" seam to seam ..im just wondering how there sussing this out ..how did you guys measure?
I ordered mine back when you could just tell them a standard size like 44L, so I’m afraid I can’t help.

What extra baginess did you add to the measurements - if any?
None, just ordered 44L measurements.

I was going to use Magnoli, but I'm not paying $255 for a suit when I can get a 95% screen accurate one for $80
95% accurate for $85? I seriously doubt that. You never even mentioned where.

@burningempire666 Those are definitely not 95% accurate. Not the right material and colors even way off. They are a good starter suit, though. You still have to add the patches and leg hose connector that Magnoli has on theirs for the price, not to mention they make to your size. Magnolis wait times are their only downfall.
