So context Cartman is a horrible spoiled beyond repair demon child in a episode he had to get tonsil removal surgery the hospital accidentally used HVI infected blood and gave it to him. Kyle who’s Cartman favorite target to hate and pick on in the group. When they made gave the announcement. Kyle couldn’t help at laugh cause after soooo many years Cartmen being a horrible friend and basically just the worst person in South Park he finally got karma for all of it. Cartmen always having the idea he’s the entitled victim of everything of everything and anything took it to offensive thinking Kyle was laughing at him. So Cartmen snuck in in black face to infect him for payback and there forced to find a cure together to Kyles frustration. You might say its bad to laugh that Cartmen got HVI cause he’s a child but if you were in Kyles shoes for all that Cartmen does to him during the show I can’t see how no one would laugh at the world giving that demon child what he deserved.
