The video where the guy felt he was being watched was the scariest one. I had the same feeling in an apartment I used to live in. Turns out, I was being watched. Somebody broke into my apartment through that very glass door.
About the candles blowing it's just the laugh and small smile which blows it out. A lot of those incidents happen. A little smile can cause that and you ending up exhaling a lot of air.
