RULES:
This version of monopoly uses the same rules as the regular rules of monopoly except for these changes. For a refresher of those rules, check out this video. Each player is given an extra 1000 dollar bill in addition to their starting cash. Roll only the two white dice to determine turn order. On your turn roll all 3 dice. The blue die is the speed die. If dots appear on all 3 dice, then add them all together and move. If you roll mr monopoly, after to move and take your turn according to the white dice, you get to move to the next available unowned property and buy it. If all the properties are owned, then move to the first property where you need to pay rent. If all your opponent’s properties are mortgaged, then stay where you are. An opponent can’t build or trade until your Mr. Monopoly move is completed.
If you roll the bus, then first make your normal move with the white dice, then after that you may either take a bus ticket or move to the nearest community chest or chance space in front of your token.
Refer only to the white dice when determining doubles. If doubles entitle you to roll again, you may use a Bus Ticket in place of rolling the dice. While in JAIL, roll only the two white dice. If you pay beforehand to get out, roll all three dice. If you roll TRIPLES move ahead to ANY space on the board. Do not roll again. You do not go to Jail if you’ve rolled doubles twice before rolling triples.
Each color group has one additional property. You may build houses and hotels once you own all but one property in a color group. If you own all of the properties of a color group, and have built hotels on each, you may then build SKYSCRAPERS. Refer to the property’s Title Deed for the cost of a Skyscraper as well as the amount of rent you can collect from having one. You are entitled to collect TRIPLE rent on any unimproved property in a group once you own all of its properties. You may not mortgage any property of a group until all houses on it are sold back to the bank. If you acquire the final property of a group, after previously building on its other properties, you must un-mortgage this property immediately, if it is mortgaged, and build it up according to the “even” building rule or, if you can’t afford to do so, you must redistribute existing houses among all properties of the group. You may need to break down hotels to do this. You may sell a Skyscraper back to the bank for half its value and revert it to a hotel.
You may improve your Railroads by building a TRAIN DEPOT on it for the cost of $100. A Train Depot doubles the rent due for the Railroad. You don’t need to own multiple Railroads before building a Train Depot on one. Train Depots may be sold back to the bank for $50 each.
On any turn, you may choose to use a Bus Ticket, if you have any, instead of rolling the dice. If you do, move forward to any space on the same side of the board. Corners are the final
space on each side, as well as the first space of the next side. After using a Bus Ticket, it is removed from the game and may not be used again. When an “All Tickets Expire” card is drawn, all other Tickets in the hands of the players are lost to the bank. If a Bus Ticket or Mr. Monopoly roll causes you to pass GO, collect $200 as usual. All Bus Tickets should be revealed as collected and kept face up.
If you land on the auction space, pick an unowned property for the Banker to auction off. If all of the properties are owned, you must move ahead to the property on which you need to pay the highest rent. If there is a tie, then move to the closest one.
If you land on the birthday gift space, collect $100 from the Bank, or draw a Bus Ticket for use on a later turn. Your choice. If you land on the bus ticket space, take a Bus Ticket and keep for use on a later turn. Do nothing if no Bus Tickets remain. Apart from these chances, the rest of the rules are the same as regular monopoly.

I’m not sure how many people know about it, but Bibleoploy is the worst version of monopoly (and not even for preachy religious reasons), whoever designed it simply didn’t know what “fun” is.
1: Winning is unsatisfying
You don’t win by making people go bankrupt (you get to keep playing when you have no money, and you don’t trade or mortgage properties to pay rent. If you don’t have the CASH directly, you pay what little money you do have, then you get to go Scott free).
The way you win, is that you have to build a church (the equivalent of building a hotel), and you can’t even START to build it until you’ve given another player a property that completes a color group, or sitting out for 3 consecutive turns.
2: Money is hard to get
Building a church is tedious because the highest bill in the game is $10, you need $30 to build each part of it. You need a MINIMUM of $135 to win. Also there’s more ways to lose money than there is to gain it, the absolute MAXIMUM rent you can get is $18, also your progress to building the church can be so easily lost because you have to spend $30 to build a single “brick” (house equivalent), and another $45 to build the final piece of the church, you can’t build more than 1 brick per turn, and there’s multiple ways to lose money or just straight up lose bricks (there’s like 3 or more cards that say “lose a brick”). Brinks also don’t increase the rent you get like “houses” would.
3: The cards are too punishing
The railroads spaces are called “abyss”, upon landing on those spaces makes you draw an “abyss” card (which takes the place of the “community chest”). %90 of these “abyss” cards punish you (which I guess makes sense, given the name.
Knowing this, you’d think the “faith” cards (“chance” equivalent) would be mostly good right? WRONG! Most of these cards ALSO punish you, or give you such meager earnings (the most you can get is $30, and there’s only 1 card that gives that) that you active just don’t want to draw cards the whole game.
4: The game is a slog (TLDR)
Since you can’t lose by going bankrupt, you have very few ways to get money, but you need a ton of it, AND there’s too many ways to lose the progress you’ve built, the game just takes for ever.
The game really has no redeeming qualities.
5: Bonus (personal experience)
In one game, I was $10 away from winning, but due to paying $18 rent, the game took another 30 minutes to end, one of my brothers tried to spend money early in the game and was never able to financially recover, meanwhile the other brother kept scraping enough money to build bricks, and then subsequently lost those bricks (he lost over $150 worth of progress)
Seriously, even as an obscure game, just avoid this one.

The rule about moving to the next space you must pay rent can be used to create a devilish strategy. It's how I won my last 3-player game.
See, I owned all the cyan properties, and all the browns. Player 2 owned the station on that side of the board. I built up houses on the cyans and noticed the players kept rolling Mr Monopolies fairly often, forcing them to come over to my side of the board due to how most of the rest of the board was split between the other two players.
I mortgaged the brown properties to prevent them from being forced to move to those, as they're low-rent and unlikely to turn a profit.
As a result, whenever player 2 rolled a Mr monopoly on the last side of the board (green-dark blue), he would be forced to move straight to the cyans with houses. I was able to quickly gather enough rent to buy skyscrapers and bankrupt player 2. Player 1 would be forced to go to the station rather than my properties, but the dice odds were still in my favour for regular movement.
Never thought I'd see the day when casually buying all the browns off the other players for 100 each would turn out to be such a good strategy.. .xD

A variant of this game that I came up with:
Roll all 3 dice to determine turn order as well as how far you move.
If dots appear on all 3 dice, then add the white dice together and then add on the sum of the white dice times the speed die.
For example, you roll 5 and 5 on the white dice and 3 on the speed die, which results in (5+5)+(5+5)*3=40
Refer to all 3 dice when determining doubles.
While in Jail, roll all 3 dice. The Mr. Monopoly and Bus faces do nothing.
Rolling triples allows you to move 2 turns in a row. Rolling 2 doubles with a 1 turn gap in between does not send you to jail. Rolling 3 triples without each being spaced by gaps of at least 2 turns gets you in jail.
You go to jail if you roll any series of doubles or triples without proper spacing in-between each double or triple. Doubles require a spacing of 1 turn, while triples require a spacing of 2 turns.
For example, say you roll triples, then neither, then doubles, then triples. That would get you sent to jail.
Bus tickets go to the bottom of the Bus Ticket deck when used and when expired.

My variation:
You have 3 choices if you roll the Bus symbol on the dice. You can either move according to only 1 white dice of your choice, move according to both white dice, or take a Bus Ticket. If you choose to take a bus ticket though, you can't move this turn. (You can gain an extra turn if you roll doubles with the bus symbol as long as it's not the 3rd time in a row you rolled Doubles.)
You can only build a Train Depot if you have at least 3 Railroads. You can build one train depot per railroad you own. The rent will be multiplied as follows:
1 Train Depot: ALL Railroad Rent is Doubled.
2 Train Depots: All Railroad Rent is 4X.
3 Train Depots: All Railroad Rent is 6X.
4 Train Depots: ALL RAILROAD RENT IS 8X. (OP, isn't it?)

There is only one space beyond the go space. If you go beyond that space you move back onto go and collect 200. The space Is bought for 20 and charges 10 in rent. The rent of the space doesn’t exceed 200 until you have upgraded it to a hotel at which point it charges 210.
A popular house rule would probably be that if the players finish a game without anyone conceding defeat they are allowed to lynch the winner

In my opinion, yes, because the speed die causes players to land on unowned properties more frequently. Once all properties are owned, there is the same problem as in the original game, though. However, you can play with a trick that I would consider to be pretty dirty if you manage to get the most expensive monopoly (dark blue) and build skyscrapers on it. It involves the auction space, Mr. Monopoly on the speed die and mortgages of all your properties except the dark blue monopoly. Once you built skyscrapers on all dark blue properties, mortgage all your other properties. When all properties are owned and someone lands on the auction space, they will always be sent to the dark blue property with the highest rent if it's not your turn to move. Well, your other properties wouldn't affect other players being sent to the dark blue monopoly to pay the highest rent if those other properties are not mortgaged, but mortgaged properties are ignored if Mr. Monopoly is rolled on the speed die.
You're very lucky if you're in a situation like in this scenario, but it basically means your win is almost certain, and completely certain if no one else has a monopoly.

In principle, I like this edition as it adds more complexity and has been proven by simulations and official research to add more strategic freedom which is a good thing. It boggles my mind though at how the rules manage to skip some very important details. I haven't been able to get these things clarified:
1. "You may not mortgage any property of a group until all houses on it are sold back to the bank." Sounds good, there is just that little question as to what "it" is referring to in this case: to the property or to the group. Hilarious!! So, do I need to sell ALL houses of the entire group if I want to mortgage a property from this group or do I only need to sell all houses on the property (meaning that other properties of the group may retain 1 house)?
1.1 If all houses of the entire group need to be sold then it MUST mean that a mortgage on a property is a major hindrance to the entire group and thus I shouldn't be able to collect either the double rent if I own all but 1 properties, nor should I be able to collect triple rent on the rest of the properties without the mortgage.
1.2 If all houses of the property are need to be sold in order for it to be mortgaged then it means that a mortgage does not "ruin" the group and I probably should be able to at least collect the double rent for the rest of the properties (not sure about triple rent, since 1 property is mortgaged).
Note that if you need to sell all houses of the group in order to mortgage a property while collecting double or triple rent seems to be a logical contradiction.
So, how should we play it?

For (1), the "it" is following direct mention of a colour group. This is simply because of how the rules for building houses works - you need to own all 3 (or, in Mega's case, 4) properties of a group (or 2/3 if it's a smaller one) to build houses or hotels on them.
For (1.1), rent is still doubled/tripled on unimproved properties, even if one or more of them is mortgaged. What matters is you own them all, not their current status.
