Easily my favorite character aesthetically. Dark-skin, wolfgirl, and bellydancer rolled into one?! What's not to love!
The fact that they did her dirty and made her one of the worst characters in the game. I was hyped to use her until I found out that she doesn't even have a the role to play.
She's literally one of the worst characters for every mode, and desperately needs a rework to make her on par with other A level heroes like Odie, Marilee, and Korin. Even Kruger is top tier in Dream World, though he sucks in everything else.
@@The.QuasiOG come on you have to pick some good examples for a level characters and you picked Marilee and Odie? Seriously? Even Korin you mentioned isn't top A character like Cesia, Thoran, Igor, Satandra and Rowan. Also she is a mage and I think the game doesn't have top character mages (except maybe Mirael).
@@katireei7761 Everything you mentioned is an S level character, except for Antandra, which is what I assume you meant. A level character refers to characters that are purple when you first pull them, not some tier list placement. Also, Korin, Odie, and Marilee are literally top tier for Dream Realm once you get them to Mythic+
Also, Mirael is literally trash, just not as bad as Satrana
@@The.QuasiOG yeah the point is that every mage is trash. Just as Marilee. Mirael is better in dream realm than Marilee for example even if she doesn't change positions.

While I'm very much enjoying AFK Journey we seriously need a big budget, no auto play, story heavy, sp/coop game set in the same universe as AFK Journey and using the same art style. I don't care if it's action based or turn based but we need it like yesterday.

I think something may have happened that’s connected to antandra and satrana since she says “it happened because of me” and antandra says that she’s an exile
Not sure if it's the same here, but in Arena, Antandra was once a warrior for this temple, but one day, a young, sickly child (Satrana) appeared at the temple, and when none of her fellow warriors decided to help, Antandra stepped up and basically became Satrana's mother.
Then one day Antandra's master came around, and something happened that forced her to kill him in order to protect Satrana. This resulted in Antandra being banished from the temple, but before she left, she gave one last request to the temple elders, and that was to take care of Satrana in her absence.
At least, that's how it is in the Chinese version of the game.

She still had lots of compassion, and they were supposed to be cold and with the solitary mission of defending the temple. Her captain then tried to kill Satrana to teach Antandra a lesson. She stopped him, and a fight broke out that ended with her captain dead. One of the elders saw what happened and exiled her for it, but they agreed to take in Satrana as a novice.
Satrana was an escaped slave who was on her last legs when she made it to the temple only to almost be killed only to be saved in a fight she could barely track only to then see her savior exiled for saving her. Despite this, she rose to a seer and then The Keeper of the Flame in short order. She never forgot Antandra, though, and thought of her as the one to whom she really owed everything. She eventually thought she shouldn't keep her abilities locked up and should use them to help others instead and left the temple to find Antandra.
When she found her, though, we're not told what happened, but we're given the impression Antandra told her she should go back to the temple. She refused and followed Antandra instead, seeking to earn her approval. The last bit of story we have about them is them freeing slaves from a bandit camp, Antandra keeping the slaves safe and inspiring them while Satrana wrecked the bandits' tents and scattered most of them with her fire. Antandra didn't accept thanks and just moved on right after, Satrana following behind her. As they went, they were heard going back an forth in a way that sounded more like banter than arguing, Satrana insisting she had to have proven herself, Antandra saying the bandits were nothing, and they'd love to have her back at the temple.
I'm absolutely sure I heard this music in a Turkish song.
It has middle eastern and balkan elements and also uses instruments native on these cultures but it must be a unique composition. It shows how much love and attention developers placed in this game... I hope they will release the song on it's own without the dialogue.

I am not an English speaker, I understand English, but I feel that there is very little soul in these dubs, I understand that sometimes they are limitations of the studio or even accents of the language that make it difficult to find the correct emotion, it happens in my language and it happens in this one, some friend, can you give me some clarification from the world of English, is that right? Hmm.... the dialogue could have been chosen better, the exact phrasing needs work and the voice actor needs a little more oomph, but this is on the vein of something POWERFUL and should be given more attention.

@@Railgun5 I experimented with it a lot when it first came out, and have used it (pretty sparingly) for research purposes in my corporate strategy work since then. The style is pretty easy to recognize after a while, especially when you ask it to write "poetry".
Look at how many vapid sentences there are that actually say nothing, but which do take care to mention specific themes the user has asked for. "The night swallow people's souls", or "Fate never answers our prayers".
Also the weird ways to conjugating sentences, like "even so" in a spot that isn't followed up by something surprising or seemingly contradictory.
