290 TD iis a good choice. I Have a 460 300 GD and consider the same engine swap. But do I have to change engine mounts ? gearbox mounts ? and drive shaft ?

Hello. The engine mounts on the chassis must be repaired. On the channel you have in part 3 how I solved the engine mounts. The transmission mount with a little modification fits, the output from the gearbox must be adjusted to the reduction of the drive.

According to VIN number 1980 it was 2.8 Petrol. So someone inserted 3.0 Diesel from W123 and now it goes Om602 2.9 TD on

Greeting. I am just at the beginning of the project so I will know the amounts when the project continues to work. The engine with the gearbox in the w210 e 290 td cost me € 1000 in EU. Installation should cost around € 1000 approximate amounts. Body and chassis depends on condition and detail. Amounts and details will be given as the project continues. Sorry for my bad english
