Limited success from the talks then Dave.
In my opinion the damage done by Shi is beyond repair especially the remark concerning Wolves winning trophies.
The club needs new leadership and ownership.
yes Jeff has lost the trust of the fans
If that's a win then I would hate to see a loss😕😕😕
well if your a kid or a family is a very big win
What a load of boll***s,bayou need to grow a pair !!
No it's not if you can't afford an adult ticket is it !!!
Dave's a glass full type of guy !!
Forgive and forget is extremely difficult in this particular case 🐺🐺🐺🐺
yep
You may forgive but you never forget !!!
@@Wolfman57 Love of the club will always remain come what may 🐺🐺but owners come and go 🐺🐺🐺🐺
Thanks Dave and the rest of the fan base groups, for your hard work and dedication.🐺
always do our best
Yes Dave, thanks for all your help, but don't make out that we had a win for ticket prices !!!
Can’t fault the effort of the fan groups but in reality they have conceded very little and who trusts Jeff Shi to honour a “guarantee” . Keep the boycott going! I’m still not renewing.
My youngest 34 has cancelled his season ticket on the South Bank he simply cannot afford it with mortgage, children etc
@@stephenholmes1036 that’s a real shame. I’m fortunately in a position where I can afford to renew for both me and my son but I’ve decided not to on principle. Those fans who do renew are, whether they like to face the reality or not, helping these owners in their strategy to squeeze this club as much as they can. They have proven on several occasions, not just this most recent debacle, complete disregard to our fan base. We will get shafted again and again, it is no longer a question of if but when. My money is that will be the summer transfer window where assets will be sold well in excess of any transfer spend.
its not up to Jeff to honour its its the club that have put out the statement. and its your choice not to renew of cause I respect you not renewing BUT someone else will just buy that ticket and you be at back of queue after that for future. very sad state of affairs
So what your saying is it wasn't Jeff Shi who decided to put up the season tickets, it was the club. bollards.
@@AlwaysWolves I think Wolfman’s view is fair. Jeff Shi is very autocratic with a pretence of democracy amongst his management team, otherwise how on earth would the original pricing decision and subsequent pitiful communication of it got through a fully rounded sign off process? I also wouldn’t be sure they will all the gaps from the waiting list. A team that finished 14th, backed by no explicit commitments to invest further and with an owner whose stated ambition is to give up on silverware and Europe means we are from the attractive draw for more casual fans that we might have been in the early days of our PL tenure. This year was my 50th as a STH and I can honestly say I’ve never felt less emotionally invested I’m my football club and a VAR corrupt PL than I do now.
Thanks to all the fans groups including yourself Dave and at least it is a concession and like you say it would have been nice if it had gone further.
agree and thanks
Thanks Dave, update appreciated! Always Wolves👍🐺🐺
always
Thanks for all the effort you have put in on behalf of the fans, Dave.
thanks Rob
It's a pity all that effort got so little results !!!
All in all Wolverhampton Wanderers have given the supporters really naff all, and if you think that's a victory you must be joking, what happens to the supporters that can't afford this. It's a hollow victory, they have given you peanuts !!!
its a win not a victory, especially if your a kid or a family
@@AlwaysWolves better if you take those rose tinted glasses off you wear. You lot need to grow some ba**s !!!
Dave, you should see a doctor as you are seriously deluded !!!
Not if your dad takes you and he can't afford it !!!
Well done Dave, you've all made your points well and at least Shi knows Wolves is more than just a business. Shi, Trusts gone, just do one !
yep
Dave, you and the others have represented the fans! You have tried to right a serious wrong! But I don't think it's much of a win! There will still be Wolves fans that can't afford their ST! I really don't think Wolves have given you much! Thank you for all of your amazing work! Always Wolves 🐺
there will but guaranteed freeze for next season means its an 8.5% nacres over 2 years still not ideal and if your a kid and a family is a big win
@@AlwaysWolves yes,but some won't be there next season will they , wow you really scared the Wolves management didn't you, As soon as they offered anything,,you said what a win ! You lot need to grow a pair !!!
thanks for update dave
welcome mate
Appreciate the update while you're away, mate.
Enjoy your time off.
thanks
Thanks for the update, Dave, now enjoy your holiday.
welcome
I don’t think this was a win Dave.
100% agree it’s a pathetic response.
its a win if your a kid or a family
what have you done to get any change
Dave thinks it's a win,but he's very easily pleased !!!
Dave thinks it's a win ! Because if wolves had given 50pence off the season ticket prices, he would have said what a win !!
Have a great holiday Dazzling and thanks for everything you do for the fans, including Emma too.
thanks sue
Not down you you Dave and others Jeff shi / owners have still mugged us odds are they will not be our owners by then I have got my ticket but will not give them a penny be it shop or anything else hope they sod off Asap cheers dave
ok
Nice one 123 North Street !!!
@@Wolfman57 thk u wolfman hate shi/forson no ambition
The price increases on adult ST this year should be at or below inflation maximum ! Yes ok they have not introduced the kids ST prices but they are still mugging everyone off , this is bs sorry . And what good is a price freeze for 25/26 if we are in the championship ? It,ll be price cuts right ? These clowns are just kicking the can a year down the road when they are probably hoping to have sold up by then. I think now the ball is rolling it should be fosun out until we get them gone .
if we are in the championship, that a big IF at this stage.
Dave, I think you've been in the sun too much !!!
Thanks dave 🐺 🙏 👍
welcome
How about the disabled price increases.
they patently wasnt being charged extra its their carer
@@AlwaysWolves what ?
My son has cancelled his DD for the South bank he said they wouldn't bend bar on children.
Thanks for your efforts but as he said the only way for prices is up.
Wolverhampton wanderers loss is Telford's gain. A 34 year old mortgage, bills, two children between 2 and 7.
He simply cannot afford it anymore so hes going to watch Telford
thats fair enough. thing is someone else will just buy his ticket so once hes given it up its gone. so sad
Yes, Its simply he cannot justify the costs
Stephen, don't worry Dave will pay for you to go to the Molineux, after the great win they had about ticket increases !!!
Dave the trust has gone and it isn't a win
its a win if your a kid or a family but agreed about the trust in Jeff
Dave,grow up !!!
As always Dave thank you for the update…..even if it’s on the whole a sop to us all.
You are very welcome
What about the under 17 and disabled.
not change under 17 and apparently disabled int gone up its their carers
What ?
Nothing gained for those who simply cannot afford to renew. Shi's remarks about the Wolves might not be the club for us if we have ambitions are absolutely atrocious and insulting. I do not trust him one jot. He should have been sacked by now if Fosun cared anything for us. We are customers not fans. Plain and simple. Respect and trust are broken, possibly forever during Fosun's tenure. I doubt pensioners, disabled, and kid's parents are jumping for joy. Disgrace. I appreciate the huge efforts of the fan groups, credit to you but, honestly, Shi wants chucking out.
his remarks are what got me
Its still a 17% plus increase despite the good work you guys have done to get it frozen for next season.
averages out to 8.5% over 2 years
Dave, so what's inflation rate at the moment then ?
Dave, thinks it's a good deal !!!
@@AlwaysWolves Its a better deal, but its still excessive really.
Have a great time on holiday.
The concession on season tickets is a good deal, negotiating is all about give and take.
Definitely food for thought, but as long as investment in the team, backing Gary O'Neal is forthcoming it is as good as your going to get.
I hope as you say David the club will talk with fan groups in the future to comment on controversial topics, instead of just dropping a bombshell.
All the best Shaun.
thanks pal enjoying it
So wheres the Give then !!!
Well done to the trust and everyone else getting involved doing this so far but there is still plenty of more that could have been done to help with the other parts of the fanbase but we have to see what they think about it in the coming days.
yep
Thanks for this update Dave it's most appreciated. Well on reflection at least we have assurances that price rises will be frozen for the 25/26 season. I'm willing to help pay half the cost of a season ticket, for anyone you know is struggling to purchase a season ticket. I won't be buying one as my health is not very good. Travelling from Germany is now out of the window. Take care. Wolves forever 🦊🦊🦊
always wolves
If thats win god help us
its a big win if your a kid or a family
now the kids will have to go on there own because there parents can't afford it, what a good win !!!
I agree the players must get an increase so the ticket increase will support their salary and the club get to keep their players
small fry in scheme things, but all the general staff then normal folks also will have pay increases
Dave,Thankyou for the work you and the other fan groups have done on our behalf, however, the damage is already done, Jeff’s statement saying if you want European football or success Wolves may not be the club for you. Every business as a mission statement that states the intent of the business normally based on the business growing and becoming successful, clearly Fosun does not see Wolves been a successful club, progressing or qualifying for Europe, so therefore I will not be paying £825 or £92 a month to sit in the Steve Bull stand. I can’t believe it’s come to this after 53 years of following this club through everything it’s been through. We were on the verge of establishing ourselves as a top 10 premier club but since Nuno’s departure we’ve gone backwards, we’ll be back in the championship within the next 2 seasons, hopefully Fosun do what every genuine Wolves fan wants and sells the club to someone with ambition who recognises the passion and loyal support of the people who follow Wolverhampton Wanderers
yes Jeff has lost the trust of the fans
It's great for the under 14 and a price freeze on 25/26 season that's the least they could have done
But it never should have come to this in the first place
Though it's a step in the right direction the way they went about it was outrageous and pure GREED on there behalf
Trying to price the real supporters out of the game who have Been loyal to the club for as many as 60yrs
But I think Jeff Shi has alot to answer for and alot of making up to do if he wants the fan's back on his side he has made alot of enemies now but it was all avoidable.
Massive Congratulations to the advisory board all the channels and everyone else who was part of the petition sent to Fosun
It's still a way off being satisfactory but it's a step forward
Have a great Holiday Dave & Emma you both deserve it
I'm on holiday myself tomorrow in Turkey 🇹🇷
Always Wolves🐺🧡🖤
enjoy
Or not enjoy as the case maybe !
The damage has been done unfortunately and Jeff's role at the club is untenable no movement on the disabled season tickets as well
My youngest 34, Cancelled his he couldn't afford it , He said they would only move on children!
They done nowt ,they prob won’t own wolves by then anyway ,wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them ,and what about the fans they have already priced out for next season ,damage is done shi please go
Jeff has lost the trust
No I think you'll find he's lost the plot !!!
Hmm..jam tomorrow?😮
lol
I’m sorry for all of you that believe this is anyway a climb down by Jeff Shi - it’s Not he will have factored this granting of piece meal “favours” in with his overall Price increase…. Do you really believe he won’t be back for the Molineux Bar to fund the “ £300 experience package tourists” …. Or the displacement of season ticket holders from some of the covered sections…….No he will be back for everything and more soon.
he really aint factored it in mate rust me on that he took all the pressure and 3 hours til he moved at all.
Wow, he didn't move very far did he !!!
Small win really. Shi must go. His remarks regarding trophies etc was the lowest of comments ive ever heard in all codes of team sports
thats what did me
So you're not going next year then Dave ?
Will we have the highest ST prices in the championship?😮
lol
Thanks Dave, will Shi now remind the kids to have no ambition for the club to go with no price increases? Try to have a good holiday now and forget this stuff for a few days. Always Wolves.
always try but have to report news for you guys
Anything on Jeff’s comments on the ambition of the Club ?
And the comments made about the chairman of having no ambition to take club forward.?
thats what really wound me up
I applaud the efforts for change. Whilst the result has achieved some short term positive outcomes, the focus on the long term strategy will likely see similar battles to be fought in the near future. I have supported fosun and their approach to the challenges the club has faced through Covid and ffp. But I feel the opportunity has been missed to revolutionise their economic strategy and hasn’t inspired a favourable longer term strategy. I’d love for wolves to one day be the pioneers. To set the precedent for an economic model that becomes the envy of the footballing world. We’re following trends, I’d love to see us set the trend for once.
thanks mate
Where's the positive bits ,must have missed them !!!
Get him out still wot a joke
how
@@AlwaysWolves together
Vote with your feet !!!
@@Wolfman57 we loss are seats. Vice is better.
3 hours for 1 pathetic concession, it's a start but not good enough. 🤬
its not pathetic if your a kid or a family. it was hard won and not ideal but its better than nothing
The kids can't go if their parents can't afford their tickets can they !!!
@AlwaysWolves a pathetic bare minimum of a concession, what about the other fans who have had 100%+ increase. 10% across the board would have been fair and most supporters would have accepted that.
Well its something to move on from . Just hope we can get some positivity back for the forthcoming season.
lets hope
What effort ? Theyve dictated again whats happening. Why dont our fans boycott matches and show fosun we mean business ?
You have no idea how much fans of come together to get this much. your idea just is a none starter wouldn't work. and we needed to get changes now before the deadline for renewals not once the season started. do you not understand that matches are months way.
As Dave, makes money off the Wolves, you don't think he's not going next season do you !!! Send your answers on a post card to Jeff Shi !!!
it was a nice try but wolves putting up the prices so high this year they have a guaranteed price rise for the next year with out any hassle
no the police rise is this year next year aint a price rise as it be the same in fact less with cost of inflation but agreed its still too big
one big price rise equals to small ones
nn
Great effort by all groups involved, pleased they have gone back on the u14’s, the youngsters will be the future fan base of the club
thanks
Wow lets all renew with these new great prices 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
you dont have too
What a reply, we don't all get the money like these privileged u tubers !!!
Well you’ll be pleased to hear our family of 4 haven’t renewed. So the so called ‘win’ hasn’t changed much in my house.
Thank you for your update I appreciate the fan groups putting in such valuable time to commit to sorting out this mess. Jeff shi hasn’t lost face but hasn’t really promised much that will help. If we go down this coming year not only will you lose fans but we would expect more than just a price freeze . These concessions are only to stop scenes at the first home match Fosun do not want adverse publicity . After all he told us all to go and support another club and I don’t think fans will ever forgive him.
Go and enjoy your holiday Dave and forget about what is going on here until you return.
unfortunately doing what I do always news but I will enjoy the holiday
Jeffs laughing his ass off knowing he has these prices frozen next year for the championship. Seriously though, this is just a calculated minimal spend before they push shirts out. Damage done for me, Fosun out.
agreed damage have been done in trust and Jeff is the issue but its a improvement and helps kids and families
How does it help families if the parents can afford their tickets, Dave your deluded !!!
No price increase for championship football then😂
lol
Thanks for everyones efforts but this is far from a victory. My 65+ ticket and my granddaughter’s U17 tickets will cost £280 more than last season. No gaurantee Fosun won’t ‘adjust’ the age groups so that my granddaughter will probably pay more. Adult season tickets will be frozen. Does that mean 65+ as well? Don’t give up the fight. I repeat a great effort but NO victory.
int not a victory but it is a win
Don't forget kiddywolf, send your granddaughter on her own because Dave says it's a win for season ticket holders !!!
Thanks for this update Dave. It’s a start.
always
Thanks for the report Dave. What the club has "given" us is pathetic!! The trust and all the fans have been magnificent but the struggle has to continue, empty seats speak end of. I also see that not a sausage has been given to our disabled fans. Sorry mate it's not what I call a win, feels like it was planned this way by the club from the start. Shi no longer has any credibility he should resign hi position immediately.
the disabled fans prices patently had not gone up its the carer that come with them I believe
Make no mistake, this has nothing to do with what is best for the fans. This has everything to do with the embarrassment protests and boycotts would bring, and the potential revenue loss versus any profit from price hikes. Even then, it's a token offer. The majority of the rises remain unchanged. Smoke and mirrors, Jeff Shi style.
pressure has made some difference yes
@@AlwaysWolves Oh certainly it has, but the change has almost definitely been driven by "this will make us look bad and harm our bottom line" rather than "we want fans to be happy, no matter what."
Ok this is massive improvement
Can we get back to the football now - no point having such good concessions without Wolves avoiding selling most of the best players - we can’t really on kids from the academy good as they may be and we cannot keep selling our best players to rivals - it is time to move away from ticket neurosis
Yes without the fans football is nothing but without the best players ( I fear we will sell too many ) Wolves will be doomed anyway - we must now focus on getting the management not to sell too many good players
I wish we could just get back to the football
Yes, but some aren't are they !!
No change really
we yeah actually under 14 and families now much better off and a guaranteed free for next season what did you expect
A freeze next season 😆 they've uped enough for the next five years
At least now the under 14's get to go on there own now, because the parents can't afford it ,big win.
By 2025-2026 Fosun will likely be gone so no concession really. Still not renewing after 30+ years.
we will see
I couldn't be bothered to watch the video. I don't agree with all the flapping about ticket price increase from the owners of the club...... I fully support the increase in ticket prices for our premier league future.
If you want to watch top level football then unfortunately you have to pay for it.
I just hope all this ticket price increase flapping does not effect our season and put us back in contention for FFP in 2025.
I think wolves will at some point end up in the championship and hopefully you will all be happy.....
Finally I bet you will all renew your season tickets as none of you had the balls to back up all this flapping about ticket price increase.
I’m guessing you’re one of those that can afford the increased ST cost.
@@robphilpott43 No quite the opposite. I have been waiting for several years for a season ticket. Having left Wolverhampton in 1984 with my parents we moved to Bristol.
I couldnt be bothered to read your comment then lol
Dave couldn't be bothered to read this because he's in this category !!!
