To be fair, even if it IS Liverpool, if I was asked if I wanted to come play a match at ANY PL stadium, I'd accept before the question was finished.
Ineos and jimđcliff are bin wind up by the media.the british mainstream media are hating on eric ten haag because he's not the type of man who kiss thier ass!
Lool how they treat posch re chelsea.they swept his story under the carpet.
goldbrige we need greenwood back sign olise and sell antony would the right flank stronger and deadlier
When you coming to Dublin mark
When you back in Dublin Mark
If Jadon Sancho thinks he will ever play again in a UTD kit without having the absolute piss taken out of him, then heâs more deluded than I ever gave him credit for.
Ten Hag was going to few other youngsters after the win and giving them the message "This will be yours next year" same as he did to Mainoo and Garnachi last year. He's got a plan, lets not destroy it.
I was just gonna comment that. The man has got a vision. If we sack him, itâs all in the bin.
I agree with you đŻ
Let eth nurture the talent we have in our u18s and in a few years you'll see what he can do with it
Ego would make jimđcliff and ineos do the worst
Oh shut up.
This pragmatic manager
Well done Mark on talksport this morning. You fought hard to shut down the agenda.
Yeh. They were so uncomfortable with his feedback but it was a fair argument.
Where can I see it?
TalkSPORTâ@@niemoikein4330

mark made himself look a idiot truth be told talked nothing but utter garbage
The problem is that if Licha and Varane are out. Man Utd goes from an elite team to totally crap!. So squad depth should be a priority AND ten Hag IN!
Shaw as well. Shaw and martinez are the best passers in the back 4. then u have mctomminay playing 2nd cdm so often and he can't pass. if awb plays rb he's not very good at passing. so then u've got issues throughout the back 6 with build up
ââ@@vkdeen7570mctom passes like his leg weighs a ton and he can barely move it, even when it manages the pace its course is set 3-4 seconds behind the play, it's so odd for a top level player, very frustrating
â@@vipersorcI also wonder how he gets picked
@@zaidmohammad757 to be fair, he is an injury risk and a very expensive player to keep on the books, I agree he is a brilliant player when he is available, but I too would trade his cost for someone long term and reliable even if there is a deficit temporarily
Yeah who would've thought playing third string cb would matter. /sarcasm
Why do you think players have different prices? Because they have different haircuts and heights? Maybe you thought it was by pound or dare I say ethnicity(I should hope not!) because you've not realised that substituting a very talented (top 5 in the world according to Guardiola) Martinez for, no disrespect, Maguire, Lindelof or even veteran and overal inspiration Evans...it's gonna look different. They are not Martinez and therefore the team cannot play from the back and are nervous and go long and...etc. Understand?
Dave Brailsford shouldnât be at the club if he thinks Southgate is a good idea. Glazers out. Ratcliffe out. Brailsford out.
Brailsford is gonna be our biggest mistake yet ! Mark my words
He isn't taking any footballing positions. Once DoF and the CEO are in place, Brailsford will not be at the club
Bro all this is speculation. Ten Hag will stay
What does he know about football anyway? He was part of Olympic and cycling teams where his athletes were caught doping under his supervision lmao
Even when he won he had to cheat to do it and it was in a completely different sport. Heâs never had anything to do with football.
The problem is if they do sack Ten Haag, and the the new manager has a bad start the fans will turn on him quickly
Fact
I donât even think itâll take that tbh. Markâs followers are so far up Ten Hagâs backside they will blindly back everything he does. The new manager doesnât stand a chance until he starts winning consistently.
Good. We wanted this manager we didnt want anyone else. This ineos Gotta go they have lost my Trust not backing this manager.. sir Jim looks clueless when the camera pans onto him. He has no clue or idea of this club. GLAZERS OUTTT!!
Yeah Ben. And the suits will have to stick with him no matter what to save face and their credibility.
@@ClearcutCombat Two seasons, two trophies.
I've been supporting Manchester United for nearly sixty years so i know a bit about our football club and my view is that Ten Haag should stay as our manager.Keep up the good work Mark you are more knowledgeable than some people give you credit for.
I love how Liverpool, had a bad season after losing one player in Van Djik, but itâs no excuse that we had 40+.. smh this media and some of these fans
One of the great things about the cup win is that ETH can walk away with his head held high.
Nope, he finished 8 đ Y'all thought Bayern would go for himđđ ETH ain't elite manager, the sooner you lot understand this the better.

@@joetommie438yeah mate u go manage a team with 50 injuries
Keep banging on about 8th, is that all youâve got, is there any context to your argument by the way as to why we finished 8th?
I decided last night that, despite my 45yr love of United that I'm ready to call it quits if Ineos sack ETH. Times have changed, owners have changed, owners to managers/coaches have changed and I don't want a slice of that.
It is hard to reconcile what you love about the club and what the club is today. As much as people say you support your club through good and bad the club should at least be recognisable. Been difficult at times to recognise this club under glazers and ineos. Hope is a funny thing.
Talk about a drama queen
Im the same mate 34years for me and the club is unrecognisable to what it was
40 years for me. Understand. We have no choice. Our children n grandchildren have.
Jamaican Manchester United fanatic here. From 1981. And I would be heart broken. If Erik Ten Hag is sacked.
The worst thing is, the glazers wouldnât sack ten hag, it is purely ineos doing it, we thought our awful owners were fixed but itâs gotten worse, brilliant
I AM INEOS OUT FROM NOW. Because they havent come out and said nothing. It scares me that they are as incompetent as the Glazers.
If they havenât come out and said nothing, then youâre implying that they said something. They havenât said anything at all. Or, can you just not speak English? Hmm đ§
@@user-sn3no9gd5hwhat? Are you alright mate?
why do all pundits say city didn't turn up .. we didn't let them play

Markâs response to TalkSportâs âother clubs had injuriesâ was masterly, succinct and spot on. Hope they listened!!
@@gaara6292 Hate managers that claim injuries for bad preformances. When the players on the pitch don't put in a shift injuries are neither here or there and btw every team suffers from injuries, Chelsea and Newcastle were also stymied with injuries, it's part of the game, it's why the squads are so big.
The world's most expensive side had the world's most expensive substitutes to replace them. Against Crystal Palace, Newport, Coventry etc.
â@gaara6292 Newcastle last season were neck and neck with utd for 3rd and 4th...
they had injuries as well (altho not as concentrated as utd) and look at the table... exactly level again with man utd.
its no coincidence. u've actually proven the point
@Jomi-ur9lc they did overall but it wasn't as focused. for example utd 4 cbs out and both lbs.. theirs was more spread
the point is they finished same points.... and had some awful performances. its not a coincidence
@@gaara6292Liverpool had their injuries for a short period of time thats why they finished 3rd and bottled the league, us with Chelsea and Newcastle all had injury hit seasons thatâs why we all finished right next to each other.
Ten Hag IN!! †He's mentally unbreakable, stoic and needs time to keep bringing the youth through and developing talent, whilst we ship out the deadwood and get more players that play his style. Then in another year or two it'll finally be a squad with the majority of his style of players.
Well done MG. Absolutely owned those talk sport muppets
TENHAG IN âŒïžâŒïžâŒïžâŒïžâŒïž
Hojlund, Garnacho, Mainoo and Amad should be the back bone of United next season. Build United team around these 4 players
And Onana, Martinez, Bruno...especially since they're in the spine.
Thanks for all the good work Mark, without people like you it would be so much easier for these owners to just do whatever they want.
I feel for ETH. Going for a holiday while waiting for an impending sack is the worst feeling ever. Even if INEOS decided to go with him, at some level, the trust is fractured. Just terrible man management around the upper echelons of this club.
Can we do Ineos and Glazers out movement if they sacked Ten Hag? They need a reminder about the movement
Believe me it will happen. Since Ferguson left, no other manager has gotten this much support. INEOS would be a bunch of idiots if they sack Ten Hag, and the backlash will be there.
@@mactavish1878 Trust me, Ineos aren't bothered what a bunch of whoppers on social media think, they're here to make the tough decisions not to pander to crazies
â@@creepingbraincrazies..?? You don't have a season ticket then? The fans back him,not some deluded Brexiteer
@@michaelanderson6874 Yeah, crazies. If it was up to supporters we'd be sacking managers after every bad result and swapping out most of the squad every year. We have adults running the club, they'll make the decision that's in the best long-term interest of the club not to appease "what supporters think today".
They donât care.
People saying give ineos the benefit of the doubt, I disagree, it's up to them to prove they are different than the glazer. And they have not done anything to suggest they are any way different than the Glazer.
This all comes down to the Ego of Sir Jim & INEOs who want to be the great saviours of Man UTD which can't be the case if they keep the guy the fans already employed, they need it to be their own guy to reap the full credit, it's sickening!!
If they want to be saviours, they MUST keep ten Hag.
The only managers I would've accepted are Flick, Naggelsman and Conte. And that can't happen anymore
Whoâs Ego?
If they sack Ten Hag and he decides to join City, then I will stop watching football forever.
I don't think he will do that.
He's not like Ineos or Glazers. He has a genuine love for football, for the club and the supporters.
Its baffling that we have a manager who hasnt had a defensive line this year yet still won his second trophy in his second season at the club out of his three cup finals. We have a style an identity to our team at long last and theres even the thoughts of the manager been sacked never mind the unconfirmed reports of it.

When Peps leaves City. Who do think they will get??? Ten Hag will go to City with dominance and United will be destroyed for years to come again. We need keep to Ten Hag. I want him to stay.
Lmaoooooo wtf did I just read
For me if better managers were available then I think about replacing Ten Hag. But simple fact is the right manager just isnât available so there is little point replacing him.
Then you add the ÂŁ10 mill compensation it just seems daft to do.
Rare logical take.
its not like united nvr get top manager before this, in the end they get sacked too. with same players in the club, how could the result changed?
if Ten hag gets sacked i will be INEOS OUT till my last breath
City without rodri was losing games after the treble winning year, we know how Liverpool performed without van dijik in 2022-23,how can people underestimate the effect of lack of key players due to injuries in a manager's game plan.
I get the sense that Ratcliffe wants to be seen as 'the gaffer' and he really doesn't care how much damage he does as a consequence. United are in deep trouble now.
If it's about the last two years, ten Hag has won more games than Guardiola and Klopp did in their first two years. He's won more trophies than Klopp did and as many as Guardiola in their first two years. And he's got rid of more bad eggs and brought through more top prospects than they did in their first two years... Pep wouldn't play Foden or Palmer. Klopp was playing Henderson and Fabinho over his youth prospects at that time.
Why not just let ETH see out his final year and make a decision at the end of next season? In fact, a decision will be in place before the end of next season with United having either a replacement lined up or a new contract for ETH.
Through half a season Ineos has shown NO leadership whatsoever - Ashworth doesnt even know when to Email, or when NOT to. No january transfer though clear evidence that it was needed. No backing the team or manager through worst injury crisis in MU history. Before this the club had been in limbo through a YEAR-LONG sale (imagine the workclimate ..?). Then there is ungratefull little childish Sancho and Rashford going out for a drink .. it never ends, it seems. Through all this ETH has behaved like a man, tried installing the discipline, he was hired for. The media has tried to sack him all through his tenure. Still ETH comes out, looking like the Natural Born Winner he is. You can drop the review by now - ETHs "Iron" mentality is just what the doctor ordered!
Think ETH will bring glory to the club with added players he wants
This guy said no matter what happen in the finals heâs glad they made their decision before. Now heâs just contradicting himself.
Fr bro. He said its positive that the board makes decisions not based on one game cup final đ
I challenge anyone who shares their opinion about a subject for hours everyday not to contradict themselves in some form or fashion. Itâs just not going to happen.
It isnât INEOSâs club though is itâŠ. 25% does not make them owners.
they have control of the football side of the club. so they make decisions on managers players etc. Just think of the Glazers as investors but they also advise ineos to ig. as per my knowledge, hope this helps!
Imagine they sack ten hag this summer and Man City hire ten hag as Guardiolaâs successor and hammer man united in 25/26đą
Something nobody is acknowledging if they decide to keep him what makes you think theyâre gonna give him the support and the transfer window? If they decide to keep him itâs not gonna be for another season itâs gonna be until Christmas time and theyâre not gonna back him up with transfers. They will either sack ten Hag or sabotage him. We need to support ten Hag
A very good point!
What is this nonsense. There is no way Ineos will just give ETH a few months. That's avoiding making a decision, it's kicking the can down the road. Ineos are here to make the tough decisions, to make the right decisions in the long-term interests of the club. They will either give ETH a new contract and fully back him, or they will sack him.
Ineos will keep messing up United same as theyâve done nothing with Nice
Ashworth and Brailsford are both big advocates on bringing their own guy...
The issue is they love managers like Southgate which makes me very nervous!
What mark didnt mention about the twitter account doing the open letter is they both follow each other, and the account has interacted with mark multiple times in the past. This isnt just a random letter he found online
And??? What's your point??

Listening to this fighting for our manager. It's unreal you have the power to save him. Keep going don't give up. Ten loves this club
I see the way Jim Ratcliffe congratulated Pep Guardiola and Eric Ten Hag and, I think Ineos has already decided to sack Ten Hag before the final.Winning the fa cup made things difficult for Ineos and is meeting trying to find an excuse, not to decide.
Dead right, I hope the rat is squirming over sacking TH ,I bet heâs a bit sick we beat city.
Do not get rid of ten HaagâŠ.canât they see that will put us 3years back!..if they get rid of him they have no common sense..and what will that say to our future?we just need to change 6 players
The phrase of the day! ETH IN!
"You are as good as your last result"...:-D... What happened to "EtH should not be judged on the FA Cup Final, it would be rediculous..."
Well he said that thinking we'd lose it and that was his excuse for not sacking him lol. Now since we won it of course that whole logic goes out the window
Funny how when you thought we'd lose on Saturday, it was "you can't judge him on the final, it'd be ridiculous!" but now we won it's "you're only as good as your last result!"

Itâs so frustrating how fans donât have a say in the club. United are on an upward trajectory which will be destroyed if the manager is changed. Jim Ratcliffe is a control freak and the more people say they want to keep Ten Hag, the more this will make him sack him. There should be a sack Ratcliffe campaign.

Thatâs a ridiculous conspiracyâŠ
Imo, in the FA Cup *some* players were playing for ten Hag, but the rest were playing for the new incoming manager.
ETH at citeh is a scary prospect!!!!!!
not really haha
I will give ETH at least another two seasons before I give a new manager a day. I and I say a lot of fans will be whoever it is out from day one.
There was a moment in the post FA cup press conference where one of the reporters asked ten hag how he feels that the owners above him have been talking with other managers recently. The look on ten hags face when he heard that was just heart breaking, like pure wtf. So ten hag says he has no clue of that what so ever and cannot confirm that but if the the reporter has those sources then we'll have to see. Was just such disrespect.
I watched the last press conference after Van Ghaal won the FA cup and the amount of disrespect towards him was disgusting, laughing at him after he had to congratulate himself for winning as not a single reporter said well done to him for winning. Nothing has changed.
For the outers, if ETH had a full squad do you think we would have still finished eighth or above ?.
If ten hag isnât the guy so many people will look incredibly stupid. Another written off season for ten hag FC when heâs asked October
Mark is right majority of the fans want ten hag to stay
Theyâll sell Greenwood to AtlĂ©tico. // I would not be surprised if Ten Hag only got Antony because there was no Technical Director and he bet on getting a player he knew well and who he wouldnât have to spend ages explaining stuff too. Too bad Antony appears to be gullible and not up to the pressure of the PL.
I believe Sir Alex first season at UTD finished 11th, 2nd Season finished 2nd place behind Liverpool and 3rd season finished at 11th place.....
