1Q. capital call is 12000 usd but investor paid 13000 usd as call amount, tell me the reason why investor send extra ?

It’s not correct, but we’ll tried
Good but there should be two parts and 3 entries,
1.a) Capital call receivable/ Subscription receivable A/C Dr.
To Capital Account.
&
1 b) Cash / Bank A/C Dr.
To Capital Call receivable/ Subscription receivable A/c
For Advance :
2. Cash/ Bank A/ c Dr.
To. Subscription received in advance/ Call received in Advance A/ c.
( If and when advance finalised as Capital, Transfer to Capital account.)
