Settlement date and money deducted date are always same?

Yes, but due to some technical difficulties you might see difference in both dates

Your MTM (-1000) loss entry seems incorrect. Instead of 500, the value should be 1000 for loss. Because if you pass only 500 loss on day 2, your investment value becomes 10,000 (10,000+500-500)
