My family is creole… my grandmother left her husband after she discovered he was getting love letters from a mistress and refused to let her visit her own mother. My mother was involved with my dad an Italian law student who appeared as if he was an upstanding guy. He was a philanderer that had other women unbenownst to her… impregnated them and coerced them to get abortions. He had major issues with my mother because my mom refused to abort me. He harassed her day and night while she was pregnant with me threatening her. He was also colorist and only accepted me after I was born and came out “passable” So yeah, those are the two examples from my immediate family. Dust comes in all flavors, shades and tax brackets.
