Crying is good because crying decompress all emotional. when young children lack get comfort help and lack understand what going on. Inside emotional and lack understand build up mix together for years and cause exploded. I'm happy that you said (you are man) cry is good for decompress everything." I'm exciting because this video good for men to watch them to help them to feel relief and learning they are not alone. Counsel therapy is expensive. This video we watched their interview/ sharing heart, its free. I love it.
