very nice video . I also want to share a tip . 1. Agar aap cheese ko grate karte ho tho grater(kadukass)per cheese ko saaf karna muskil hota h . Tho pehle hi aap is grater(kadukass) Mei agar oil spray Kar de tho cheese bhi aaram se grate ho jayegi aur kadukass dirty bhi nhi Hoga.
2. Aksar hum jis bhi drum Mei rasan ka saman store karte h uss ko kiro (germs ) se bachne ke liye neem ki pattiyo ko sukha ker drum ke base Mei rakh de aur upar ek paper ya newspaper rakh de . phir rasan ka saman rakhe
3 Red chill powder Mei thodi si Hing Mila de , iss se red chilli powder zayada Dino tak fresh rahegi aur kharab nhi hogi
Egg boil Karte time usme salt add Karen Se eggs bahut beautifully cook hote hai. Aur easily outer cover nikalta hai.

One of mine:
While cooking pasta, sometimes cheddar cheese use with milk causes milk to curdle and sauce goes waste. In such cases when you are using natural cheddar cheese for your white sauce, use fresh cream and water in 1:1 ratio instead of milk. This will prevent curdling of sauce also 1:1 ratio will make sure your sauce is not too thick because of cream. 🙂

Jab gajar kadukas karte hai to uska niche wala hisa na katein peelkar end tak kadu kas hoga
2.dal pakwan banate hain to chana dal main tode saboot moong bhi daleye dal bahut tasty banegi
3 pakwan ka atta banate samay toda limbu pani se maida goonde pakwan crespy banege
4 agar limbu nahin hai to 2 3 chamach doodh se atta goonde
5 jab pakwan bel lete hai to usko chaku ya fork se nishan kar de jaise fry karte samay fule nahi aur crispy bante hain
6 pakwan bhel ke papad ki tarah sukha ke fir fry karen
ghee banne k bad jab use chan lete hai......uske bache huye part se mithai banayi ja sakti hai..ya usme garm pani dalkar uske panise maida milakar bahot hi crispy mathri banayi ja sakti hai 👍

Very useful and helpful video, thanks for sharing, Ashu ji, 1 trick hai plz part 3 me jarur share Kare, ( agar koi bhi fal kachcha nikal jaaye to falo ko gehuo ke beech me dabaa kar gehu ki bori ko uper se baandh deve 2 din baad fal nikal leve pake huye naklenge )
Mere paas b 1 tip h for non vegeterian people.....fish dhone k liye us me paani daal kar paani me wheat flour mila kar dhoye aur aisa 2 se 3 paani me flour daal kar dhoye ....fish ekdam se saaf aur white ho jaingi.....

Tip 20 ko hum aise bhi karsakhte hain , butter ko fridge se nikaalne ke baad knife ko garam karle phr butter ko cut Kare aise me butter bht hi smoothly cut hoga aur knife ki garmi se melt bhiii hojayega...

to keep your delicate spices like mace, nutmeg, cardamom and saffron fresh always store them in freezer,
and to keep your beans and lentils safe from insects keep them in freezer for at least 24 hours, after that you may keep them in airtight jars in your pantry.

Biriyani bnate time layers lagane se pehle pan me steel ki plat palat kar rakhde Sara oil plat ke niche hoga aur Biriyani lagegi bhi nahi. Paneer bnane ke bad pani ko chicken meat tndr karne me kam aata hai

U can also put cold butter in a cup of tap water..after 5 mins remove the excess water n It will be soft n easy to spread.

one tip mam while making paneer add curds 3-4 tbsp instead of lemon juice. paneer will turn out very soft in texture & will increase in size as well. all yr tips so helpful mam. thanks.Gbu.

I have one tip...Jab hum aluminium ke bartan ya pressure cooker me potato boil karte h to bartan kala ho jaata h is liye potato boil karte time usme lemon ke chilake ya imli daal de....Isase bartan kaala nhi padenga .

To peel garlic easily microwave for 5 seconds
To store ginger garlic paste while girding add 2tsp any vegetable oil and 1tbsp vinegar and store in fridge it remain fresh for long time

My tip- freeze lemons n grate frozen lemons in yr curries,tea,sweet dishes for the awesome flavour n benefits of d rind as well.
Grind cardamom n put it in the empty oregano/ herbs bottle..very handy to use in sweet dishes n other preparations
