What a great show that was.Brilliant Chuck
Didn't know Zeus was black. Etched from the fabric of Rock and Roll. Keeping rocking Chuck! We miss you.
Forget Presley the crooner, this is the man who truly invented rock n'roll. His songs sound just as good today as they did 50 years ago.
Eventho most of em would be over 60 years old
@@therealmodernwalking9695 You're right! A sobering thought indeed.

Rest In Peace Chuck Berry The Beloved One. ❤❤❤
Awesome, you can't a legend, Chuck's music will live on forever.
ELVIS.....No....The absolute true King of Rock and Roll is this man right here. He wrote 'em, He played 'em, He sang 'em .
Chuck Berry einer der Allergrößten - einfach KLASSE!!!
He is just the soul of Rock N' Roll music, no one can deny it and I'm sure that the time will show it for the new generations, because the media can fool some people, but it will not be able to fool the people forever.
One of the great songs from one of rock's great innovators. (Had the pleasure of seeing him perform in person.)
Cool to hear chucks guitar threw an old Marshall Amp! Never did before!
At this minute..
and most days ..everyday this song is my one of my very favorites
Start the day out on a positive upbeat note and run with it
My favorite too❗👏
Fabuleux et INOUBLIABLE Chuck Berry
The Beach Boys could NEVER. PERIODT.
R.I.P.
Fantastic musician all the way ! ! !
This guy is literally a living, breathing metronome. Pay close attention to his right hand to see how he plays multiple different rhythm patterns over the same drum beat and effortlessly catch the groove after he occasionally stops playing
They're really rockin' in Boston
In Pittsburgh, PA
Deep in the heart of Texas
And round the Frisco Bay
All over St. Louis
And down in New Orleans
All the cats wanna dance with
Sweet little sixteen
Sweet little sixteen
She's just got to have
About a half a million
Framed autographs
Her wallet filled with pictures
She gets 'em one by one
Become so excited
Watch her, look at her run, boy
"Oh mommy, mommy
Please may I go
It's such a sight to see
Somebody steal the show
Oh daddy, daddy
I beg of you
Whisper to mommy
It's all right with you"
Cause they'll be rockin' on Bandstand
Philadelphia, PA
Deep in the heart of Texas
And round the Frisco Bay
All over St. Louis
Way down in New Orleans
All the cats wanna dance with
Sweet little sixteen
Cause they'll be rockin' on Bandstand
Philadelphia, PA
Deep in the heart of Texas
And round the Frisco Bay
All over St. Louis
Way down in New Orleans
All the cats wanna dance with, oh
Sweet little sixteen
Sweet little sixteen
She's got the grown up blues
Tight dresses and lipstick
She's sportin' high heel shoes
Oh, but tomorrow morning
She'll have to change her trend
And be sweet sixteen
And back in class again
Well, they'll be rockin' in Boston
Pittsburgh, PA
Deep in the heart of Texas
And round the Frisco Bay
Way out in St. Louis
Way down to New Orleans
All the cats wanna dance with
Sweet little sixteen
This is a great show. Incredibile.
Agreed. Much as I despise the BBC they got his best ever performance when he was at his prime.
The best!!!!
His voice and songs sound as good live or on record, he's the man!
R.I.P. Chuck Berry

seju ka Belated birthday wishes! :)
Thank you :)
Next birthday, watch the Rolling Stones doing this song live in Texas. Oh ...my ... what they did with it! Paying homage to Keith Richards's idol, Chuck Berry--well worth watching that if you love this song!
Supergreat song and performance!!!!!!
RIP Chuck Berry ❤❤✌🏾
brilliant showmanship
Enjoying hoovy music, again
Muito bommmm
The best rock musician pre-Beatles
rest in peace!!!
I see a lot of people in the comments saying that Chuck Berry the real king of rock and roll, not Elvis. Chuck is actually known as the father of rock and roll, which to me seems like a higher position than a king, because it sounds more like he actually started rock and roll with that title (though that is incorrect).
Who dislike this surely are deaf or without ears completely or maybe poor elvis fan this man was the inventor of rock and roll and no one can say other things. What a period of time was everything pure and so much effort comparing too the crap shit music we have now 😫🤐😒😒😓😔😌
Wow excellent.
Brian Wilson and Mike Love "borrowed" from this one for "Surfing USA." He eventually gave Chuck Berry writers credit. Probably to avoid being sued.
Este buen clásico compuesto por CHUCK BERRY y la canto en el año 1958
Phenomenon.
Чак Супер !!!
A HAPPY NEW YEAR FOR ALL.
Sorry - for me, not Elvis is the king of Rock'n Roll, but CHUCK for all time!!!!!! Amazing his performance....Will never forget, I swear....!!!! 😁

its my 16th birthday today :D
Written with Johnnie Johnson according to Keith Richards' bio
엘비스는 로큰롤의 스타. 처크 베리는 로큰롤의 작가~
Fun fact: He sampled the song basically most of it from Clarence garlov “route 90” And Then the same thing happened to him when the beachboys sampled this song and made Surfin U S A😮😮😮😮

Only two in the times singing with the head. Chuck and Freddie...
Sorry. With the head? With their eyes... Wonderful. Supernatural.
Este si era una verga en el Rock
Never realized how Brian Wilson blatantly stole this melody
👍 ✔️ 👍 ✔️
Surfing USA.
I don't care, Keith Richards will never get the Kings rhythm down. lol
John Lennon was right when said "If we have to rename RnR, there is only one choice: CHUCK BERRY!"...
I TURNED 16 today!!
And Fa 2:14 ts Domino
Chuck Berry was amazing and the beach boys robbed him...
In broad day light!!!
Imitated him, yeah, robbed, no.
With no mask and no weapon
@@richwiz2 they literally stole the riffs and the melody of the song. Where’s the imitation? This is called plagiarism
@@matteoc3487 it's not though
Realmente no veo que "Surfing USA" de los beach boys sea tan parecida cómo para considerarse un plagio.
Original sounds better
Ummm these lyrics are very questionable...unless he wrote it when he was 18 or under😂
chuck berrys definately one of the guys you gotta seperate the artist from the person. his music was ahead of its time and still holds up, but he was a terrible person. if you think 16 is bad google "chuck berry 14" This performance is from 1972 but if i recall correctly, the original is from 58' which would make him 31-32 when it was made💀💀
RIP
