Following up on our first conversation with the Publisher's Clearing House (PCH) scammer, James Kennedy, we found his level of stupidity reaching new heights. This conversation answered a LOT of our questions; namely "how does one man get so dumb in the first place" and "what happens when you eat too many paint chips". Be prepared to lose even more brain cells when you hear what this scammer's mouth mumbles this time around.
(Approx. 1hr 10min...it gets really juicy after about the 25 min mark. NOTE: the audio and subtitle tracks got out of sync towards the end of the video. All numbers given in the video are fake; any actual private information shared during the phone call is muted)

This poor guy ate a lot of lead paint chips as a child.
Not only did he eat them, he said they were delicious! LOL I can't wait to talk to him again.
That's scammer sounds so defeated and so depressed.

I'm guessing that a lot of them are actually on something. In his case, I think he got hit with the stupid stick a few too many times.

Ermahgerd....lol...I was literally running out of things to say to this guy towards the end. Everything I threw at him went right over his head. Crazily he's still calling me so we may get to talk to him again!!!
