The euro step is specifically called out as traveling in the rule book now. You are no longer allowed to jump stop or change direction with your steps after you pick up your dribble. Your steps must be a continuation of a natural motion in the direction you were traveling before picking up the dribble.

The fact that even the cams in the damn nosebleeds picked up the loud slaps his feet made as he travelled makes it all the more hilariously stupid that it didn't get called. What's more, lots of Houston fans recorded snide videos of themselves with that clip saying facetiously "That's not a travel." He literally caught it and just ran with it the entire way.
