my favorite horn is the square tag K5LAr24’s. i grew up hearing that horn on all the old CSX geeps, and AC4400CW’s. some of the units still have that horn today !
I used to have one in my 18 wheeler which I operated with a metered trailer brake lever and whenever I was behind somebody that was crossing tracks Id lay on it,, youd should see how fast the get off them tracks ...made me laugh the entire day sometimes.
Really enjoyed all the horns in this video. The RSU3L and K5La r24 are by far my favorites but the 1989 k5l is great as well. Miss the good ol days of leslie and nathan horns variety. I only hear k5lla and maybe occasionally a rs3l(on a local yard job sd45-2) anymore. The late 90's k5la r24 was great too.
