Canada : लाखों की फ़ीस भरने के बावजूद भी कनाडा गए भारतीय बच्चों को कॉलेज नसीब क्यों नहीं? (BBC)

- सरकारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक़ बीते सालों में कनाडा में विदेशी छात्रों की संख्या बढ़ी है. ख़ासकर कॉलेज में दाखिला लेने के लिए. स्टैटिस्टिक्स कनाडा की रिपोर्ट कहती है कि 2015 से 2020 के बीच कॉलेज में दाखिला लेने के लिए विदेशी छात्रों की संख्या में 154 प्रतिशत का उछाल देखा गया है. विदेशी छात्र कनाडा के छात्रों के मुक़ाबले तीन गुना ज्य़ादा ट्यूशन फ़ीस देते हैं. कनाडा के इमिग्रेशन मंत्री ने भी माना कि कई ऐसे कॉलेज हैं जो कमाई बढ़ाने के लिए छात्रों से ज़्यादा पैसे वसूल रहे हैं. इन तमाम चुनौतियों के बावजूद कनाडा में पढ़ने आज भी छात्रों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करता है. बीबीसी ने कनाडा में कई ऐसे छात्रों से मुलाक़ात की और समझने की कोशिश की कि जो सपना वो देख कर चले थे उसमें और हक़ीक़त में कितना फ़र्क़ है.

The students that are going to Canada are bottom of the barrell kind ....they are not IIT , DU , DCE kind of students. They only got themselves to blame for all their issues. Students studying in top Canadian university never face such issues.

मैं पटना शहर में पैदा हुआ, वहीं से अपनी स्कूलिंग पूरी की! स्कूलिंग पूरी करने के बाद मेरे कुछ दोस्तो ने कॉलेज की पढ़ाई करने के लिए दूसरे बड़े शहर जाने का निश्चय किया जैसे पुणे, मुंबई, दिल्ली! लेकिन मैने अपने शहर पटना में हीं पढ़ाई पूरी करने का निश्चय किया! मैने पटना के डॉक्टर जाकिर हुसैन institute से BCA की पढ़ाई पूरी की! फिर BCA करने के बाद मैने कुछ specialization courses जैसे की computer high level language, oracle database, etc भी पटना में रह कर हैं किया! और आज उन्ही पढ़ाई की बदौलत मैं अपने जीवन में सफल हूं! 😊

After getting PR out of 100 students maybe some 10 or 20 of them would get decent paying jobs. The rest would continue to work in McDonald's or Burger King. Ultimately rents, high cost of living and expenses would make the entire effort a loss. That is why many Indians ultimately come back to India after incurring losses. But as far as Justin Trudeau goes he's set to lose the next election. If the Conservatives come to power in Canada they will put restrictions in place. to get PR card ....kids are coming here in Canada......15 years ago colleges and universities were short of cash. and when they ask our government to increase tuition fee for Canadian born kids, government told them not to increase for local kids. we will open student visa for foreign national and you can charge them double fee. now after 15 years.. all colleges in Canada are rich. and courses foreign student study has no vale but so many end up getting permanent residence and minimum wage job. so prime minister solved Laboure shortage problem and made education institution real rich.

High cost of living, people end up doing 2-3 jobs just to pay their bills and live thousands of miles away from their dear one's and the bitter cold. Bharat itna bhi bura nahin hai. Depends where you live and what are your circumstances. With the way things turning out to be in the world, especially the geo political scene, Bharat fares much better. Yes, there are flaws in our country but better then spending lakhs to go to another country and work as a labour. Think twice before going to kaneda.

60% of the total Indian students going to canada are from Punjab. This says a lot about the mindset of Punjabis.
These students are those who have only one motto, and that is, regardless of the circumstances or conditions, we simply want to go to Canada. And now they are complaining. “You are living in an era where everything is at your fingertips. Everyone has laptops, smartphones, so they can easily research about the college and the program. However, we don’t want to hear those lines from the agent, ‘No", you will not get the offer letter from a reputable college or university for a demanding program.’ They simply want the Canadian visa, that’s all.”

These scams not only jeopardize the academic and financial futures of these students but also tarnish the reputation of the education system. Governments must take decisive action to protect the rights of international students and ensure that they are not exploited for financial gain.
I think this is because they have relaxed the entry level requirement like there should be requirements like only students who scored atleast 75% in 12th standard and scored atleast 6.5 bands no less than 6 bands are allowed to enter than 60%-70% students from India going over silly programs just using student visa for getting PR easily can be stopped. See Australia have made so much changes now it's hard to go over there only quality students are able to migrate over there.
