- I accidentally found a crazy school of Lake Whitefish up at Wekusko Falls, Manitoba....this comes after many days of trying to get on a good Whitefish bite elsewhere. These fish have such interesting, varied habits from one lake and/or diet to the next. This was filmed at last ice, and I saved it for a primer for this new season.

Favorite thing about Uncut angling is how informative Aaron is in all of his videos. Fishing, electronics, tackle, etc.. love watching all of the content year round, and I'm a huge fan of the ice fishing videos.

I've been studying medicine, and I have been so busy I am unable to fish, and barely have time away from the textbooks. This video is another example of why uncut is the best. Rather than just pump out mediocre content like most other CZcams fisherman, Aaron only posts videos that are top notch quality. Best fishing show on CZcams hands down

Can’t wait for the Whitefish preservation video. We have tons of whitefish in our river systems in Utah and they readily take flies. This would be a great educational tool to help anglers manage the population and in turn help out the brown trout fishery by reducing the number of competitors. Great video Aaron!

This thanksgiving I'm thankful for a lot of things. One of those is an upload from Mr. Uncut himself. I hope you get up to Wekusko Falls this open water season and experience the walleye and pike fishing. I'll be going back for the rest of my life, its beauty and great fishing is an addiction I'll never kick.

That was absolutely awesome I would love to do that. White fish are great to fish for when you are hitting them like that. You are right in Alberta we have to try to finesse them in most lakes but there are a few minnow eater lakes and they are much more aggressive. Keep it up. Can't wait ice is coming!

Always enjoy your videos and wished I lived there. I live in Colorado and have to travel at least 3 hours to find any good fishing.
Two of my master Whitefish caught at Molson Lake on a 7 inch shadling in two different trips. 3rd and 4th George Lake on a jig and swim bait in the summer targeting them.

I can %100 agree with what Aaron said about using wire worms/flies/anything that looks like a bug on the bottom for whitefish, I fish Wabamun Lake in Alberta and they usually won’t go for a typical ice jig/lure
