Sorry mate, you shuld remove the engine and fuel tank, before you sart working. With all the weldind and sparks, could have screwed up your engine and fuell tank, wille weldind the rings could spark inside the liner´s and get screwd. Am not saying that you haven´t done a nice fitting job, however should be more caucious when your a working...But congratulacions Ì did like your Bike. Anyway, keep going and dont forget to remove the curricular parts before you start with grinding cuting and welding.
glad youll never work on my bikes not one bit of cover for tank carbs ect i recon the bike will end up with spark burns all over .even if you have rags in carbs all itll take is one good spark to catch rag on fire then the whole lot will go up in flames .mmmmm

Yeah but still unless you get ever little bit of the sparks aka raw metal off every piece of chrome and paint your gonna have rust pop up everywhere

to true i actually write the certificates so ppl can register their bikes not an engineer but bike mech with goverment certificate to do inspections
I saw the creations of some customizers, it was always interesting how their creations are released on the road.
most only had a permit for taking the bike to a show there are strict rules with modifying frames and brakes on bikes
