A true work of art with his craftsmanship!! That's unreal and I can't wait for the finished product!!
ដ
It is so satisfying to watch the rust go off when he is machining the parts on the lathe.
You should check Abom79 channel
Hard on the tooling ,but yes it is .
Chris89Dak not if you cut under it
It would be more satisfying if he centered the chuck first, not sure if it was 4 jaw or not.
@@krauselee877 you can't cut under the rust, a portion of the tool is still contacting the rust
You guys are tugging at my heart strings !!! I absolutely love track vehicles... I am trying to build my own Track Robot (Remote Controlled) to mount a snow plow on.... Love what you guys do and how you do it !!!
That sounds great! But how will you maintain traction on icier surfaces? And a relative question, how much will this little monster weigh?!
I work for a commercial property maintenance company. In the rare situation that we have enough snow to require management in the Seattle WA area, I operate a skid-steer machine. It doesn’t have a plow but we use a large bucket to scoop and dump snow into an out of the way place. Typically, I have to rely upon the sheer weight of the machine to keep it moving when it hit it’s limits for a load. We just use the same “tractor” type tires, without tracks, studs, or chains.
It does the job and it’s a blast operating it in the snow.
(as long as I stay dry!)
Good luck with your project and record your procedures for sharing and/or ideas for improvement.
Your skills are only matched by your imagination.
I could have watched that for another hour.
JEFFINETLY! I agree!
Great job! I have been enjoying your videos for the last couple years! I am a T-3 araplegic and something like this would be a game changer in my life! I love to hunt and fish but trying to push my wheelchair through mud and sand is almost an impossible task and causes so much fatigue by the time I am able to get to where I will hunt my body is so worn out that I can't enjoy the hunt. Keep up the awesome work!!!

Can't wait to see the next step in this project! That's awesome
I'm astonished by the level of technicality in this vid !! Really a great job
The level of effort and all that skill is just amazing. Respect 🦋
AAA, a new video !!! And then I'm tired of waiting.)))
Cool that you translated your comment. Interesting.
This thing is so incredibly sick!! Excited for the next part!
simply amazing! one of the best projects you guys have ever done. I'm looking forward to seeing the end. very good.
Your the reason why CZcams was invented! Your crazy talented and a genius inventor!
Fix this comment..because it could be great.

not sure
Excellent engineering and editing!
Dude .this is badass. The machining and fabricating and welding that goes into a project like this is insane .and you hit the mark on all.. this is crazy cool .
What a great idea!! Excellent work to both of you.
Impressive work as always guys! Looking forward to see this thing in action
Thanks for the inspiration, I'm paraplegic and have been thinking about building something like this but on a bigger scale if I get the chance to have little workshop and the tools needed. Taking tracks and engine from a snowmobile, then you get a variator and revers gear. Would be like a mini ripsaw or a crosskart on tracks.
My brother in law had a wheelchair that had tracks on it. It looked like a blast to ride. I will see if I can find one of the pictures i have of it . Im no longer on speaking terms with him since they got divorced. Him and my sister were on his Harley and they hit a truck head on back in 2016. Definately changed both of their lives.
I am loving this series. My fav build so far!!!
and colinfurze?
I am so incredibly stoked!!! The way you made tracks is fantastic!! I am definitely going to use that method. Also with the gear and rollers.Perfect!! I found myself saying that you sure did make it extreme!
Engineering and editing skills evolve from video to video! Amazing job👏🏻

WOW!!! Keep it up bro!
I have seen a lot of things made in my life time, but what you did to make the tracks is near some of the best !
I was sure that this was Make it extreme around 13 minutes. That's when the thread cutting began:-) Great video, as always.
This dude is a mad genius
Pretty amazing job, dude! It's looking fantastic! 😮
Stay safe there! 🖖😊
Being disabled and unable to walk any distances without incredible discomfort and risking further injury to my spine makes me wish that I had both the skills and the tools to create something like this.
It would make my life so much easier and enjoyable as I would be able to get out and about in the countryside with my family.
Awesome work and an amazing build so far, I truly can’t wait to see the next part of the build. 🤘🏻
I Need That Chair Right Now Mr. MIE!!! Just Lovely Innovation. Keep It On. Please Do Not Get Distracted By Anything For Everything Passes Away Like A Morning Dew.
A bueno master
Ahh, now the differential braking tank transmission that we saw makes sense... Looking forward to the rest of this one. Nice work!!!

Staying extremely tuned for the next succulent episode of this highly appetising meal of machining, fabrication and design.
I really enjoy watching you create magnificent machines out of raw materials!!
I love your stuff. I've learned using the mill and lathe just last year. When I have my own house, I'll be able to get a lathe and a mill. My parents aer weird. They'd let me use a mill, but no angle grinder. They'd let me use a lathe, but I still am not allowed to wire up a lamp on my own.
Me thinking the amount of work is insane, then realizing he has to make two sets 😵
bro is that peter griffin from peter griffin on family guy
Thata machining for you
You guys are so skilled. Really like to watch your videos. Doing a lot of different work myself in different materials like wood, metal, concrete, etc.
Man I can't wait till the next installment.
cant wait for the next part
I was waiting for your video from past month since the moment I open my eyes after sleep I saw your vidoe notification. It is so satisfying for me to watch it,
Waiting for next update.
And Thankyou for creating this channel.
incredible! talented people making amazing content by their own, from zero, without the traditional media channel support, viva!
Show 👍.
Luiz (Brasil)
you guys must have watched the "A" team a lot when you were kids
That true!)) 😅👍
Murdoc?
the crunch sound in the tire press is really satisfying
Finally you are back, great !
This girl likes! Great job. Makes me want a mini tank.
Eiakaleiakadeia
Me at the end of the video : "NOOOOOOOOO !!! I WANT THE REST !!!"
Hi
Does this machine can drive ?
(It looks like it can't move with this leg's attached)
Haha future go brrrrr
That is an interesting suspension, and I'm a retired tank crewman! Walter Christie is smiling at you from the great beyond!
Those are some really nice looking parts. Very clever and some top notch problem solving. It will be interesting to see what the performance of your transmission and just how extreme will it be? Here we sit waiting for an acceleration and top speed test.
Next EXTREAM episode: Adding the roll cage and a hydraulic front end loader assembly on the Baby Bobcat chair. 😉
I was thinking at the start of the video that it would be friction drive with a way to keep the track tight.
Not sure how this will work out , We shall see in the next video...
Cant wait to see this monster comming together. great video !
Just found your CH . This Old Tony pointed me Here. EXCELLENT EDITING & SOUND LEVEL. 🦉
Another brilliant content and editing skills bro.
Espectacular
dont forget about recording skills

I know im asking randomly but does anyone know a way to get back into an Instagram account?
I was dumb lost my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!
Bro this is so crazy I don't know if you remember me but I commented on your making a one-wheel from junk video three years ago and I knew you would be a great CZcamsr and you would blow up then look at you almost 1.5 million subscribers later!
That's Mad Crazy Lol From Start To Here I Cant Wait For The Next Video 💯
This is something I will never do and never need to do but I simply couldn't click away from it. I absolutely love watching machine work and welding.
Imagine this guy being your dad . everything motorized
I wish he learned to talk. Must have been hard being raised by a wild pack of mechanists
@SaltyBrains his brain is a neuralnet processor. A building computer.
I like it as it is. He doesn´t need to talk, the work is awesome enough that it works withouth any explanation. Every talking is distraction from his work. If you want someone talking about mechanics visit "This old Tony" - but not here please.
@SaltyBrains is doing a lot for work tonight so I’m trying not to be out here for the last week and so I’ll be p
No language barrier when nobody is talking.
I just think he's related to the Stig.
Really nice to see someone who knows how to do superduper precision work. Poetry in motion for sure.
Something tells me that this is going to need modifications.
He forgot to mention he couldn’t feel his fingers the whole night after using that multi tool to cut the tyres 😂
Awesome new build and as always awesome video!!
I don't know why but I like to watch the threading operation the most in your videos.
Nice work 👍
The first video after the ban 😂✌️❤️
Why are they / him banned?
Wondering the same thing
It just happens I have all that gear in my shed asif
It seems incredible to me what this guy is doing, I mean WOW
Who else thought his gonna cut some tries on half to it
me too thinking of tyer as a belt

What a time consuming project, respect 👏🏻👏🏻
Growing up there was the group that played with Legos, TinkerToys, Erector, LincolnLogs, etc.... They moved to messing with their bikes, BMX, 10-speeds, Mountain bikes, etc...... Then came go-karts, mini-bikes, mopeds..... Cars, Trucks, tractors, skid steers...... Now, we have the grown up versions of those kids, making all the crazy shit we dreamed up but these dudes are making these things for real!!! It's just amazing what they do, but not overly impossible which is the greatest part. Sure these projects are extremely complex but I bet majority of the viewers are sitting here saying "I can do that" but why? When these guys are doing it and entertaining all of us. Keep up the Awesome videos/projects we will all be watching!!!
Isn't he inspiring you to make things like that??
Glad you guys are back!
Insane machine so far!
Great!
:-D
You can do all this and still find time to play darts !! Thanks for taking the time to video this,
I have seen the chair from start to finish and all I can say is, You have MAD Skills!
One of my best friends and mentor is suffering from MS. I need to build him one of these !! Amazing work !!!
Wow! This tank is gonna be awesome!
That is amazing. It's hard to stand out on CZcams. But you did it
This is great if you have the knowledge, the talent and the tools it takes to make this. I would love to have one,it looks like it would be a blast running through the fields on.
Your imagination is is amazing and your fabrication skills are fantastic. Your cinematography equally amazing! Just stunning!
Thank you! :)
I was only 6 minutes in and I fell in love, that is so cool 👍 I wish I had a lathe
I would like to buy the plans when this project is finished to build a mobility track wheelchair. Great job so far.
I love all your projects . You guys do great work . I've watched you for years . Thank you for sharing .
This guy knows how to product qualified parts . Greate job👌
What a masterpiece! Great job
VERY GOOD !! Imprecionant.. GOOD JOB. SALUDOS FROM : " THE BRONX " NEW YORK CITY.
Oh man, the suspense!!! What are they making? Can't wait.........
A lot of work in those wheels good idea for the notches in the tyre!
Loved the editing! AWESOME!!!
Genial!! Hermosa maquina!! Saludos desde Chile 🇨🇱
waiting for the continuation!!
This would be great in a kit form. I just changed out of my old chair and a track kit for it would give it new life.
Blown away with your talent excellent SUBSCRIBED!!!!!
That's cool to see you protecting your metal cutting tools with oil, so much Dy project without this essential step...
Indeed really cool project also !
Brilliant! Thanks you! It’s amazing skills !!!🤟
I love how the lathe eat tread smothly.
An absolute pleasure to watch!
I would give my right arm to have one!
Incredible design and build!
