Jackie and I were schoolmates at St. Paul College together with Cherie Gil . She’s a few years younger though. She was the prettiest girl in her age group at school. She’s very down to earth.

That’s what I heard too from my sister who was in Batch 1986. Pilita’s former dressmaker also worked with my mother for years. She said Jackie was a very nice girl and later on, lady. She’s one the few i like and follow in show business (local and international). Thank you for this lovely interview, Ms. Aiko Melendez.
Her cousins Rosa and Rosario Corrales (twins) are very pretty too. They went to ICA Greenhills (a couple of years ahead of me) then St. Paul Pasig while Jackie went to St. Paul QC.
St. Paul QC - I guess because their mother’s house is in New Manila since 1960s/70s so it was just in the neighborhood.

Jackie is such a kind soul. We saw her one time in front of Poveda a long time ago and we shouted "Hi Jackie!" across the street. Without any hesitations she also shouted hi and waived her hand with full smile❤❤

Jackie and KC are both gifted for singing . Of course they got it from their respective moms . I wished they pursued their singing career . They may not have the calibre of their mom , but their voices are sooooo good to listen to . Their voices are probably cater to the folks their age , and their peer . Sayang ang singing prowess nila . Anyway , it's great to see Jackie . She's one of the best , classy folks in showbiz .

Ms. Aiko, please po, nakakahiya man, we need all the help that we can get for my niece 😢. She was diagnosed with cervical CA since 2022. We are broke but we need to continue fighting for my niece's life for her kids🥹 nilagyan po sya ng tubes sa tagiliran both kidneys para sa urine. Need po palitan n un tubes kaya po kailangan po namin ng assistance po. 😢

I think Jackie Lou is too sweet and good for Ricky Davao. I never liked this guy, even early on.I find him fake at least on screen, while he is being interviewed, at feeling self-important...I thought then, it was a one way feeling from Jackie Lou and nothing from Ricky... But Jackie Lou loved and married him just the same and has children and grandchildren....at least she is married, legally...and living a decent life...Good for her..
I think Jackie Lou is better off without Ricky D...Imagine,,she even hoped that they would patch up? At least ngayon, she has opened her eyes..Ricky D was and is and will never be good for her..I pray someday, she would meet another man who would truly love her, who deserved her sweetness and niceness..I thought she had always wanted to be be married and to stay married..
