My favorite starter Pokémon is Torchic 😊 My Blaziken and I had the most fabulous adventures in Hoenn, I do miss 3rd Gen days! In 5 years, I am *really really* hoping to have a home and a child by then! Was talking with my therapist about how things take time. And my dreams aren’t to be given up on, I just need to adjust my timeline. But man, I would just love the stability of living somewhere I love and have a home I own. It’ll happen. Just patience.

Charmander has always been my favorite starter. Ever since I first started watching pokemon indigo league I fell in love with the pokemon and adored it, growing up I started collecting charmander and charizard cards so that I could see my favprite pokemon everyday 😄. I see myself being happy and getting my drivers licence.
My favourite starter is definitely Squirtle, I love the shell contrasting the shade of blue. In five years from now I see myself in a decent position with a bunch of Pkmn cards!
10 years ago I started collecting Pokemon cards and due to financial constraints when I was younger and family finances, I had to stop. Pokemon products in our region of the world can get really expensive as well due to the exchange rate. I’m finally at a spot where I can comfortably (not excessively) relive my lost childhood and collect which I plan to do so for the foreseeable 5 years and the future. My favorite Pokemon is Mudkip because he just seems like such a chill guy. Love the content Philip! Especially the personal touch on the mental health side of things as I resonate deeply with that.
Squirtle 🐢 is my favorite starter, it was my choice when playing Pokemon Blue when i was a kid. 5 years from now i see myself growing my collection and helping my kids grow their collections.

Finding success as a creator, and spending a lot of time with my Brand-new grandson. It makes me feel so old saying that, but I am only in my early 40s lol. And you are definitely correct on that one percent. I've been trying to pull any of the alt arts from lost origin to master the set, and still yet to pull one. Lost origin is such a tough set.

It was bound to happen with this at some point - the pack selection in these are just too good. I remember thinking to myself these things at $80 a pop are a steal and you’ll double or triple your value in probably a year or two.

At the most I would love to possibly look into starting a local card shop with my partner in my small town! Unfortunately it's a minimum 30/45 minute drive to the nearest town that sells singles or hosts events. I know there are lots of people in the community that would love to have something here. Maybe with some help from a few of them we can all make that happen one day ☺

I appreciate how much thought and effort the Pokémon company put into the Charizard UPC, it really comes across as a premium product. I quite like the promo card which shows the charizard at rest too, it sets itself apart from the others by showing a quiet moment as opposed to the flashy aggressive art of the others.
Me too! I have 5 of them sealed. I dropped one when I was messing around with inventory so it’s got a nice dent. Most likely will open it bc there is soooo much cool stuff inside. This is the best Pokémon product ever created. It will be worth $500 in a cpl years

I live roughly a few hours away from where they print the pokemon cards in south dakota so it would be cool to tour their plant and compare their printing methods with my own.

Fav starter is Charmander because my wife used to play Pokemon as a kid, and we shared a moment discussing her frustration with him lol.
In five years...... I'll actually be good at editing my vids, I'll be going to more in person events and LGS's to hang out, and I'll actually have a way to sort and display my collection in the ol' man cave!

My favorite starter Pokemon is Bulbasaur. Just started collecting again after many years, and my daughter is due to be born this month. So in 5 years I see myself as a cool dad who loves to share his love for Pokemon cards with his daughter. Cheers!

My favorite starter Pokemon definitely has to be Treecko. Gen 3 was the one generation that I played nonstop, and Sceptile carried me through so many gym battles. In 5 years, I hope to have achieved my dream of becoming a father who can pass the Pokemon hobby down to my future child!

My favourite starter pokemon (and just favourite pokemon in general) is Turtwig - so much so that I have a Turtwig tattoo on my leg :) In 5 years I would like to be working full time in my career as a composer for games! It's something that I am just starting to really try and pursue now, and is on the top of my goals list currently.

As far as 5 years from now, tbh I would hope to be in similar position that I’m in right now, just more advanced in my career, family, etc. i genuinely am grateful for the life that I have and wouldn’t change much about it and would just hope to continue to grow with time.

my fav starter is mudkip. Swampert is my fav evolved starter so has to be mudkip. Also love Sceptile so its a close battle. I see myself expanding my collection even further in the next 5 years as ive recently gotten back into the hobby

I was roughly 10-11 when Omega Ruby and Alpha Saphire came out, and those games made me play the earlier generations, including original Ruby and Saphire for the Gameboy. In 5 years, I’ll hopefully get my degree and possibly start a side business with ripping cards, since I’ve always loved the TCG

my fave starter is an absolute classic, being bulbasaur. i honestly dont know what it is about him but since i first saw him i've just been drawn to the cute little guy. In five years i plan on hopefully graduationg from ADFA, and getting my dream job of aeronautical engineering like my late dad.
Charmander is my favorite starter Pokémon (Gen 1!). In five years, I hope to continue my personal growth by mastering mindfulness, being happily married (currently engaged), and finding my foothold in a fulfilling career (currently a full-time student).

In 5 years from today, I hope to see myself continuing to do Pokemon CZcams videos with my daughter Zoey, who got me back into this hobby after 20 years of hiatus! She's 10 now, so idk if it will be "lame" to do CZcams with dad when she's 15 or not lol. Regardless of CZcams, I hope we maintain this incredibly special bond we've developed over collecting pokemon cards. She's even started getting into the market analysis videos from your channel, and that is quite the feat to retain the attention of a 10 year old with market analysis videos lol. So tough to pick, I think I would have to go with charmander, so many experiences having one and the first shiny I ever hatched. Over the next five years it would be great to get some more animations finished and build my channel.
My favorite starter is probably piplup or charmander so many great memories with those two. In 5 years I see myself running my printing press and gaining knowledge of digital print. I live roughly a few hours away from where they print the pokemon cards in south dakota so it would be cool to tour their plant and compare their printing methods with my own.

Those charizard sleeves and playing mat look sick!! For a chance, my favorite starter is cyndaquil (wish caterpie was a starter), love everything about the fiery boy and the evolutions don't disappoint. As to where I see myself in 5years I'm really not sure right now, my life's been in a whirlwind situation where everything drastically changes and mostly in bad ways so I'm not sure but hope it gets better. Keep it up with your videos, been addicted to them recently.
